The male rubbed his eyes as he was woken up by the sun beaming through the window. He looked down and realized that his sheets were a mess and he was in the room by himself. Namil would grab his phone and check the time, only to realize that it was four in the afternoon.
Sitting up, he would pull the covers off of him and make his way to the bathroom. The second he reached out to open the door, the door swings open and there stood Wes. The dreadhead smiled at Namil.
"You had fun last night?" He queried. Namil furrowed his eyebrows and twisted his hair, clearly confused about what happened last night.
"What happened last night?"
Wes made a face before he pushed past the curly haired male and walked back to his bed. Namil turned his head, following his friend's movement.
"Well?"
"You hit." Wes finally said, "you had that girl walking wit a limp when it was time to go. And you went over seven minutes,"
"What the hell are you talking about . . . ?"
Wes sighed, "Namil, get a fuckin grip. Wake up. You couldn't have forgotten what happened that fast."
"I did." Namil then walked into the bathroom and shut the door behind him. He looked at himself in the mirror and sighed. As usual, he looked tired, even though he was obviously well rested. He noticed the marks on his neck and scratches on his shoulders as if he were being held onto tightly.
"Shit," he mumbled, "I gotta stop smoking."
After he would do his hygiene and change into some clean clothes, he paused after he had suddenly remembered what he was doing all of this for. The bathroom door swung open as Namil bursted into excitement.
"I won," he shouted, "I won the bet and you didn't even realize it,"
Wes stared at him, a bit stunned at the sudden reaction. It was like he knew Namil would win. He didn't say much. He only smiled at his now excited, curly haired friend.
"I guess I owe you an apology for underestimating ya skill . . . and ten racks," the dreadhead chuckled as he'd reach into his pocket to grab the money out.
"I told you!" Namil continued with a big smile on his face, "aye, I gotta go talk to Serenity about this. I'll be back later."
The male made his way to the dining hall and when he did, he saw Serenity there. He crept up behind her and put his arms around her waist.
"You sleep okay last night?" He whispered in her ear before he'd kiss her cheek. Serenity smiled and looked up at him.
"Yeah, I slept okay. I'm surprised I made it back to my room after that." She said. "Did you have experience or did you just know what to do?"
"I knew what I was doing but believe it or not that was my first time too. I'm just glad it was with you."
"Really?" Serenity tilted her head, "I still don't believe that but aye, if I had the chance, I'd do it again."
Namil grinned, "aye, chill. It's early and you gone have me excited already. You wanna go into town and just chill today? You bring ya girl and I bring my mans?"
"Yeah, why not. Plus, I know Mar gone be excited about that. She love her some Wes. Nigga always talking about him." Serenity said as she grabbed the plate of food. It was waffles covered in syrup, two strips of bacon, and a sausage patty. Being lazy and greedy, Namil would take one of the strips of bacon.
"Mhm. He feelin her too," he said before he'd reach for the sausage but Serenity swatted his hand away, making them both laugh.
"Just big and greedy," she said, "go get ya own stuff, Namil."
"I don't feel like it," he whined, "sharing is caring, if you didn't know that, mi corazón. Just lemme have the sausage and I'll buy you something to eat later to pay you bring for eating ya shit up."
Serenity just sighed, "here. Don't ask for nothing else," she said handing him the plate.
"Lo siento, mama," suddenly Namil paused and turned to Serenity, "I just realized that you probably don't know half of what I'm saying when I start speaking Spanish. We should do lil lessons like Duolingo."
"Oh lord, no." Serenity laughed, "and I think I can see through you already. You not getting me again."
"You see through me?"
"You like gettin high and when you high you get horny," Serenity said, "you not the first nigga I been around that was like that."
"I'm different, baby. But you right. I like gettin high and I like eating. If you feed me I'll be good. Sex ain't my motive."
"Mhm. I'll see,"
Namil smiled and kissed her cheek, "oh yeah, I forgot to say thank you for the food."
Serenity rolled her eyes playfully, "yeah, you're welcome but next time you get your own food, okay?"
"I will, I promise." He said. The two would sit at the table for a couple more hours, just talking. This was a lot more different than when they're conversing in class and texting from time to time. It felt like they had a better connection.
"You know what I think is kinda crazy?" Namil began as he pulled at his hair, the curl bouncing back quickly, no matter how far down he stretched his hair.
"What?"
"That you let me hit and we've only known each other for half a month," Namil said, playing with the girl's fingers.
"You got lucky, I wasn't supposed to let that happen and I just went against my own word." Serenity said. Namil shrugged.
"I told you, you could've told me no. But I think you wanted to let me slide anyway." He smirked. "Am I wrong or am I right?"
"Boy, I wouldn't admit it if you were right."
"Shame," Namil bit down on his bottom lip, "always lying to me. You know how that makes me feel?"
Serenity sucked her teeth, "you don't feel a type of way. You like lying too."
"Why you lying on my name? Look at you. Tryna act innocent and shit." Namil leaned over before kissing Serenity on her cheek.
"Are we even together while you kissing on me like this?" Serenity asked. Namil hummed and sat back a bit.
"Well, what do you think? You just wanna be a girl that come over and gimme cabeza when I get bored or do you wanna be my princesa?"
"I'll be ya girl, you just better know what you doing. I don't wanna have to overthink about anything."
