9 Weeks Pregnant
"Is it weird that theres a baby in there? Can you feel him in there?" Darla asked as she set her little hands on my stomache.
"No, I don't feel him yet." I laughed.
"You're already getting bigger." Ramona smiled as she walked in the room with her belly very obvious.
"We're going to have two babies in the house." Haydey scoffed.
"Yeah, you get to babysit them both." I laughed as she shook her head wildly.
"Where's Keaty?" Darla asked about Keaton.
"He's sleeping. I'll go get him." I said getting up out of the chair and heading for the stairs.
I know the morning sickness sucked, and nothing was going to make this go away. It was going to be a lot of work and although Tony was not very happy with me or Keaton at this point, I just didn't care. I loved being pregnant. It made me feel superior.
I closed my bedroom door quietly behind me, careful not to wake up Keaton who was laying face down on the bed shirtless, like always. Tony agreed to let Keaton stay with us until the baby was born, and maybe the first few months afterwards. He was here all day anyways, he was basically already living here.
I crawled up onto the bed and Keaton groaned shocking me to see that he was already awake. He sighed angerly as I crawled up onto his back. I started rubbing his back, helping him relax his muscles as he sighed out in relief/pleasure.
"Goodmorning." I whispered.
"Goodmorning indeed." He laughed.
"Look how big I am." I said getting off of the bed.
I walked to the center of the room and lifted up my shirt, showing off my barly showing baby bump. It wasn't much but it was there, and that's what counts. I loved it. I loved the baby already, and although Keaton was still upset, I was excited.
"You're not that big." He said ruining my happy moment.
"Why are you so grumpy?" I asked.
He groaned as he forced himself to sit up on the bed. He hung his legs over the side of the bed, rubbing his eyes then looking back over at me as I sadly pulled my shirt down. It was really a buzz kill that Keaton wasn't excited about the baby.
As I saw the baby as a blessing.
He saw it as a tragity.
"I'm just tired." He assured me as he sighed.
"Sure." I said walking over to my dresser and looking for some clothes to put on.
I looked down at my stomache with my back to Keaton. I frowned as I set my hands down on my stomache and rubbed it gently. I wanted Keaton to be excited about the baby, not to hate me for it. I wanted to cry but I forced the tears to stay in my head.
I heard Keaton lift himself off of the bed and walk over to where I was sadly standing. My hands stayed fixed on my stomache as he walked up behind me. He wrapped his arms around me, linking his fingers together over top of my stomache and pecking me on the side of my neck.
"I'm sorry." He whispered.
"I just want you to be happy about him." I said looking down still.
"I can't be happy knowing that I ruined your whole life." He sighed against my neck.
I turned on my heal to look at him. I faced him, with our chests pressed together. I pulled his neck down towards me and pecked him on the lips softly. He set his hands on my waist and tried to force a smile on his face.
"You didn't ruin my life. You just speeded things up a bit." I assured him.
"I just-I don't-" He tried to explain something to me then gave up.
"Look." I said grabbing his left hand.
I set his hand on my small baby bump. I know he couldn't feel anything but it was still the point that mattered. The point that I was pregnant wither he liked it or not we were binned together for life now. He smiled for a second then leaned over and pecked me on the lips.
"I'll try to be in a better mood about it." He promised.

"Come on Darla." I said grabbed her little hand and holding it within mine.
"Can you read me a story?" She asked as we reached her bedroom.
"Maybe another night baby, you need to get to sleep. I let you stay up way too late." I frowned.
I lifted her up and set her in her bed. She willingly crawled under the covers nodding to let me know that she understood. I pulled the purple conforter and put it over top of her as she leaned up and hugged me, kissing my cheek. She leaned over and kissed my stomache.
"Night." She whispered the baby as she laid down and closed her eyes.
I shut her light off, and left the door cracked open so some light peeked into her room so she wouldn't get scared. I left the room, and walked back into my room. Darla appricited me still, even if I was pregnant.
"She in bed?" Keaton asked from my bed as I walked into my room.
"Yeah." I said walking over and laying down next to him on my back.
"Should we come up with names?" He asked rubbing his hand over my stomache.
"We don't know if it's a boy or girl yet." I laughed slightly.
"Let's come up with a neutral name, plus any name we choose is going to be unique. Nobody will know if it's a boy or girls name." He smiled over at me.
"Okay, lets think." I said biting my tongue.
"What about Ollie?" He asked.
"No, eww." I scoffed.
"Then you pick one." He laughed.
I laid back to think about it for a minute. I wanted the name to be completely perfect, but nothing seemed good enough for my baby. I wanted the perfect name for him or her. I wanted something you didn't hear often but not something too weird.
"Reese?" I questioned.
"Reese." Keaton thought about it for a minute, "I love it."
