Advik yawned, opening his eyes as he felt his wife snuggling closer to him, seeking warmth. He gazed at her dreamily, his fingers lightly brushing her face. She squirmed, gently swatting his hands away, and rubbed her arms to ward off the cold. Shaking his head with a smile, he reached for the AC remote and adjusted the temperature. His eyes drifted to the wall clock, which showed it was fifteen minutes past eight, causing him to yawn.
Since it was Sunday, breakfast wasn't rushed; they usually had brunch around eleven on weekends. Stretching his arms, he sat up and observed her still snuggled. Carefully, he untangled their bodies, leaving tender kisses on her forehead, and then made his way to the bathroom.
After freshening up, he changed into green track pants and a grey t-shirt. He then headed towards the gym, which was located on the fourth floor of the house. Glancing at his wife, who was still sleeping, he left the room and quietly closed the door behind him.

Yashvi yawned and stretched on the bed as she opened her eyes. She looked around and saw the wall clock, which indicated there were only fifteen minutes left until nine. She quickly sat up and stretched her muscles. Deciding to skip her morning exercise, she headed to the bathroom, where she pampered herself, spending more than half an hour in the bathtub and drying her hair.
Wearing a bathrobe, she went to the closet, humming a song to herself, and started browsing through her clothes. Her mother-in-law had generously filled the wardrobe with all kinds of clothes, from Western to traditional, which made her smile.
Today, she wanted to look beautiful, especially as she thought about Advik. A blush colored her cheeks as she remembered him, and she smiled shyly, lightly touching her lips as she examined the sarees. There were many beautiful options, but none seemed to be what she was looking for - a light one to wear at home.
She pouted to herself and decided to purchase a few light sarees. Her eyes fell on a blue saree that made her smile. She immediately pulled it out and nodded in appreciation. The saree featured multiple shades of blue with a blue blouse and small net sleeves. She quickly changed into it and examined herself in the full-length mirror in her closet. She was satisfied with how she looked until her gaze landed on her neck, causing her eyes to widen. There were a few love bites that had darkened overnight, making her quietly curse under her breath.
She immediately moved to the dressing table in the room and sprayed some toner on her face before applying moisturizer. Suddenly, she felt someone sneaking their arms around her waist.
Advik was about to hug her, but she pushed him away and scrunched her nose due to the sweaty smell emanating from him.
"You're looking gorgeous, love," he said with a smile, but she responded with a glare as she took a concealer to hide the love bites on her throat and neck. He smirked and locked eyes with her through the mirror as she shook her head in disbelief.
"You're smelling, Advik. Go take a shower quickly," she scolded, pushing him toward the bathroom. However, he stopped and took the nuptial chain, gesturing for her to sit in the vanity chair. She shook her head but complied, pulling her hair to the front as he put the chain around her neck and placed a tender kiss on her nape. She took a deep breath and clutched her saree, making him smile before stepping back and heading for the shower.
She noticed the bedside table where five red roses were elegantly placed, along with a note that read, "Roses for my exclusive rose." This gesture brought a smile to her face. Yashvi walked over to the vase on the table and gently placed the roses inside. She then picked up the note and carefully tucked it away into a small box hidden within her dressing table, cherishing the sweet message.
