Advik gently opened his eyes and yawned, feeling her hands against his body. Turning the night lamp on, he turned towards her, kissing her forehead lightly. She was sleeping peacefully in a fetal position, her arms holding onto his t-shirt, her hair falling on her face. He turned to see the time and his eyes widened, realizing it was seven in the morning.
He gently patted her cheeks, trying to wake her up, but she swatted them away and turned onto her stomach. He sighed with a chuckle and went to the balcony door, drawing back the thick curtains to let the sunlight enter the room. He looked at her again and went to the bathroom, deciding to wake her up later.
Coming out of the bathroom, he decided to ditch his morning jog and went to the closet. He first selected his clothes. Then, he went to her side of the closet and started rummaging through her clothes. His eyes landed on a red saree. It was light and pretty, perfect for a temple visit. He pulled it out excitedly and kept it aside, walking back to the bedroom.
She was still sleeping, with her right leg dangling off the bed. He chuckled and went to the bed, sitting by her side as he stroked her hair lovingly.
"Yashvi, wake up. It's half-past seven," he said, making her yawn softly as she turned her face toward him, giving him a lazy smile as she opened her eyes, which made him swoon. The orange sunlight was peeping into the room and falling onto her face, enhancing her brown eyes beautifully.
"It's your day off," she mumbled, stretching her arms and looking around. Her eyes fell on the frame her sister-in-law had made, making her smile.
"I know, but I've planned something for us. Go and take a quick shower," he said, standing up and fetching her slippers. She lazily yawned, snuggling into his pillow, inhaling his scent. He returned with her slippers in his hand and helped her put them on, a constant smile on his lips.
"I'll go and come back with some tea," he said, preparing to leave. However, he stopped when she held his wrist.
"I don't want tea today. It's already late. I'll take a quick shower and get ready," she replied, getting up and heading toward the bathroom.
"I've already laid out your clothes. You can wear them. I'll take a shower in Adarsh's room," he said, quickly kissing her on the cheek before going into the closet to retrieve his own clothes. With that, he hastily left the room.

After taking a shower, Yashvi came inside the closet in a bathrobe. She picked up the saree he selected with a shy smile and pulled a red underskirt and the blouse. She frowned looking at the blouse as it has a deep cleavage.
As she reached for the stool, the room door opened, indicating his arrival. She turned and smiled at him. He was dressed in a simple full-sleeve polo t-shirt and ivory pants. With a cheeky smile, he came towards her and back-hugged her tightly, his hands resting on her abdomen as he rubbed his clean-shaven cheeks against hers, making her close her eyes.

"Why did you shave?" she asked as she glanced at him through the mirror. He held her gaze and left a loud peck on her right cheek, then whispered in her ear, "You have difficulty kissing me." He followed this with another peck on her earlobe, making her smile as she gently rubbed his cheeks. She had actually experienced some light beard burns from his previous stubble, although they weren't very painful or evident.
