What happens when two teens "hate" each other and are now forced to share an apartment?

Healing Magic - restoring people, animals, and/or inanimate objects to its original state or to a point where it's not dying/bleeding
Necromancy - the practice of involving communication with the by their spirits as or for the purpose of
Alchemy - any magical power or process of transmuting a common substance, usually of little value, into a substance of great value.
Non-magic - humans who were born to two non-magical parents and were incapable of performing magic but can be a soldier/warrior

Main character and Enemy backstory
Alexander and Jordan were friends in pre-school and elementary school, but they started to split in middle school when Alexander started getting more competitive and mean towards Jordan, they soon broke apart and Alexander started to tease and pick on Jordan in middle school and beginning of high school.
The Settings
The year is 1400 and the world is in chaos. Magic is real, but it is rare. Instead of warring kingdoms, there are small communities divided between those with magic and those without. Two teens who "hated" each other. This story starts deep in the forest by a small village.
