Chapter 9

As eva runs out the room as Frank follows her with the others wondering what the hell was going on as eva was panting historically "eva!"Frank shouts making her stop as sits down in a chair sobbing."hey look at me look at me your ok your okay"he says trying to calm her down as she sobs with fear once he got her calmed enough as her breathing was back to normal "tell us what happened"he says.

Eva takes a deep breath as she sniffles "I was...I was somewhere else. I was in this building a hallway. I saw this 13 year old looking girl and the building was on fire and...there was this girl in an apartment, and they couldn't get out and.."she explained sobbing as Zoe and Frank share a look.

"...I could see there fingers underneath the door."she says with a sob as jades parents knew what she was talking about before Niko saw her arm"what's that on your arm?"he asked as they all looked at her arm as a hand mark with burns and some blood was shown as Niko crutches down "holy...this is..."he says I'm shock.

Eva jumps when he goes to touch it"that's where they grabbed me! Oh!" She says with a sob in shock.

"What...what grabbed you "Niko asked her.

"I don't know "Eva says honestly as tears stains her face as she was breathing heavily.

"Frank? Zoe? You wanna tell us what's going on here. What the hell is going on here!?"clay asked as the two shared a look.

Zoe leans against the wall a she looks at Eva"jade told you, right obviously she told you"she says crossing her arms as eva looks at her in disbelief with shock "what"she asked.

"She told you"Zoe says as eva shakes her head "no"she says with a sniffle.

"What? Told her what?"clay asked confused now.

Zoe shares a look with Frank who signed"look when jade was 13, the apartment her best friend stayed in caught on fire and her best friend got trapped behind the door. She still has nightmares about it."he explains to them.

"That sound like what you saw"clay asked Eva who shakely nod sher her head"yeah"she whispered.

"How's that even possible? How's that possible"Niko asked Frank and Zoe.

Zoe shakes her head"this is bullshit your lying "she says walking away as Frank sighs following after her. Jade was shown asleep on the couch as she flinches in her sleep as indistinct, overlapping voices are heard whispering "hail Mary, full of grace..."she whispered in her sleep moving her head side to side before jerking as she mutters indistinctly as her eye lids were twitching while everyone els was looking for the dog that had disappeared.

The light flickers as jade was still asleep on the couch before the light completely goes out. Jade was breathing rapidly in her sleep as her eyelids were twitching as a blurry hallway was shown before clearing up with a flash as jade flintches in her sleep as indistinct voices over overlapping with whispers as her necklace with her crested moon and the cross from her mother's necklace was shown swinging back and forth in front of the burning door with a firey glow underneath as a burned hand reaches out with a scream before fire burns the walls as a 13 year old jade turns and runs into the darkness.

Jade murmurs indistinctly as she Yanks her necklace off as it clutters to the ground as she slowly starts to levitate in the hair as her hair falls out her shoulders as she turns her head in her sleep as she continues to rise before her eyes snap open with a demonic shriek as her eyes where pitch black.

Niko turns his head having heard a scream before he gets up from his chair as he walks over to where jade was sleeping as he opens the door but she was gone making him confused before he hears a soft thumping near by before he follows the sound "jade"he calls out before he is shown walking around a corner to another part of the lab as the door was open as the light was flickering before he walks into the room slowly as the lights can be heard buzzing o the room were the MRI machine was held.

Jades reflection was shown in the mirror as she slowly reaches a hand to his shoulders before he whirls around seeing jade behind him with a blank look as she tilts her head"Jesus jade what are you doing here?"he asked breathing hard.

"I need your help can you help me"she asked with a blank look.

Niko shakes his head"no jade we need to get you back"he says walking past her as she slowly turns to face him as she places a hand on his shoulder"no I need your help you have to make me feel normal "she says before kissing him until he shoves her away.

"No jade I don't like you like that I'm two old for you and you just went through a traumatic experience your confused right now"he says as jade just stands there as she tilts her head "I thought you were a friend"she asked Coldy.

"I am your friend jade but your not being your self right now..we still don't understand..."he says a sthe lights continues to flicker"what's happening to you"she says causing him to stop as if she read his mind.

Jade exhales sharply "I spent my remaining teen years trying to make up for one mistake...that now I don't really regret doing she really deserved what she got I went were she ended up in hell"she says tilting her head.

"Jade we can help you your parents said we can fix this we just need more time"he says as jade slowly smiles darkly"oh no it's to late for that you have no idea what you've done"she says closing her eyes before opening them as they were pitch black"but you will"she says as niko shakes his head in shock as all the lights go out as he was breathing heavily before they turn back on as jade was gone.

He walks to the center of the room as the machines are heard powering down as chills went down his back before he trys to go out the door only to jump back as it slams closed on its own as he was breathing heavily he then trys jerking the handle but the door wouldn't open.

He backs away from the door as the light above him flickers as the lights were buzzing "jade please!"he calls out panic when he was all of sudden thrown back into a metal cabinet as the doors closed locking him in as jade slowly walks forward with a dark smirk with her eyes black as Niko begs her to let him out before without even moving an inch she makes the metal cabinet close on its self as bones where heard crushing as it goes silent as blood slowly runs out from underneath onto the floor as Niko was dead.
