"𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺..."

Sidney had said quietly to me in a whisper to which I just continued to stare at the window as I continued to feel the states of everyone on the bus as we drove.

It had been almost twenty minutes already and I was still getting stared at.....judged. There was still another ten minutes until we arrived at Sidney's stop and twenty until we get to mine.

I can't wait a while twenty minutes for my stop, but I can wait ten for Sidney's. Yes. I can get off at Sidney's stop and just walk home-

...

Wait, I'm not supposed to be on the bus, I was supposed to go home with....Tatum and Dewey.

According to what the sheriff had told me last night, I am only allowed to be at school and the Riley's house where I'm currently staying for Dewey to keep an eye on me. I fucking forgot. Tatum must've also forgotten. Then again, the subject we were talking about back at the high school with the others was way too disturbing and distracting and I just wanted to get out of there...

I'm so screwed if the cops find out....

I quickly turn to Sidney and whisper, "Um, Sid...I just remembered, I'm not supposed to be on the bus, I'm actually supposed to be going home with Tatum and Dewey, sheriff's orders, heh" I whispered to which Sidney turned and looked at me with wide eyes.

"Y/n...do you have any idea how much trouble you'll get in for disobeying a sheriff's order?" Sidney asked with wide eyes.

"I forgot okay? Tatum must've forgotten also because she didn't say anything when we were going to the bus" I quickly defended myself to which Sidney sighed.

"Okay, you just get off the bus at my stop then and we'll call Tatum" Sidney then said to which I nodded in agreement.

It wasn't really the best idea for me to call on the bus after all. For one, it's too loud and for two, everyone would hear and they would know that I'm not supposed to be hear.

Me and Sidney sat in silence once again. I continued to look out the window as I still felt the judging stares of others, as I stared out the window my thoughts began to drift to a memory I had of me and Casey a few days ago.

I remember both her and me at school, it was the end of the school day, I was getting shit out of my locker when Casey appeared out of no where with a smile, her boyfriend Steve a few steps behind her. I remember jumping up in surprise when Casey came out of no where to which she laugh, me laughing two seconds later when I realized it was only her. I then remember Casey speaking to me and me speaking back to her in reply but....I just couldn't remember what she was saying, it was all foggy.

I gently lay my head against the bus window and continue to stare outside, thinking of memories with Casey, some memories with Steve in them before my eyes began to slowly close and I began to drift off to sleep.

In my dream, the memories 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱.

All my memories of Casey continued like a quiet movie, there was no sound, nothing at all, just silence. Whenever anyone spoke or it looked to be a noise was made there was no sound because I couldn't remember.

I remember the day me and Casey met, when Casey first met Steve, when she started dating Steve, some of the times we had at school or at her house. I remember her brown eyes, her platinum blonde hair, her smile when she laughed. Her bright smile was honestly contagious to the point that it made you want to smile....then the memories were tainted.

𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱.

There she was, hanging there at her family home's tree at the dead of night, swinging a little from the gentle wind as the swing and her guts from the inside on the outside hanged her, supported her weight as more blood spilled. Her now bloodily tainted platinum blonde hair. Her lifeless eyes. The smile she usually had no longer on her face...just 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧.
