"Matt it's been 4 months we're never going to find a house!" I whined while shutting the computer.
"Babe, come on don't worry we'll find one eventually," Matt says trying to comfort me.
Noah comes crawling to his dad. Trying to get on his lap.
"Dada! Dada!!" Noah says as his hands hit Matt's lap.
"What happened buddy?" Matt says picking him up.
"Abi abi!!" Noah says pointing to his sister.
"Oh, Abigail! What about Abbi?" Matt asks Noah.
"Sickyy" Noah pouted.
"Stay here I'll check on her." I left to see if she was alright.
*Matts POV*
I looked on the computer a little to see if any houses looked available. There was one that caught my attention. I waited for y/n to come back and she did holding Abbi.
"Hey, what about this house?" I ask pointing to it.
"Ooh, I love the exterior. And it's in our price range! Let me call our real estate agent to set a day to see it."
*Y/n POV*
"BABE GUESS WHAT CALLED!" I yell coming out of our room.
"WHAT?" He yelled back.
"The real estate agent booked us a day to see the house!"
"Really!" Matt was jumping up and down with a pan of pancakes. Thankfully they didn't fall out.
"Yeah, it's next week!!" I say
*Next week*
We go to see the house and we are both in shock. We have never bought a house together since he had one in LA but we've always stayed in my apartment in Boston or New York. This house was in Boston since we wanted the kids to grow up near where we lived and get to see their grandparents and all their uncles. We always spent Thanksgiving here and Christmas so we wanted the kids to get that like we did.
"Babe it's actually happening!" I say tugging his arm.
"I know!"
We walk around the house and talk about all the boring taxes and stuff so I'll skip to the good part. We finally ask the question.
"When can we make the offer?" We ask
"Well now if you go home and talk about it yes!" The real estate agent said.
We went home to make the offer and immediately got approved!
*3 months done with the process(sry for time skips)*
So now we have the inspection done and all the repairs are fixed. We just need to move into the house now. It's going to be hard due to the fact now we have two babies. But that's why we have Chris and Mia. As Matt and I pack bags and everything he stops me.
"Babe we are still working! We have to finish before the sun sets you know I get mad when I'm tired!" I complain.
"Exactly that's why we must rest and relax together."Matt hints he wants to stop to spend time together. But I want to keep working so we don't have leftover stuff to put away.
"Babe come on! I haven't had alone time with you since we became parents! I just want you for today! I hate sharing you! With the wedding and the new house and the kids like come on!" Matt says sitting on the wrapped sofa.
"I'm sorry you feel that way baby, but you know I have a lot of stuff to do," I say holding his face with my hands.
"How about this if we get the last few stuff into the truck and get it to our house then I'm yours for the night?" I say trying to convince him. It worked.
