Naruko nods as she charges forward while charging up a rasengan while Y/n takes out a kunai and takes aim at Tsunade with electricity going down his arm.
Tsunade refocuses seeing the two attacks gaining a surprised look
Once Naruko got close Tsunade swiped her finger down causing the ground to split open knocking the genin back making her jutsu hit the ground. At the same time the sudden shaking of the ground being split makes Y/n lose his footing and focus making the Kunai shoot out into the ground by Tsunade while the force practically blew up in his hand.
Tsunade: (Unbelievable, I never expected the forth hokage's jutsu let alone his top ninja's)
She looks at a small spiral crater left by Naruko's failed rasengan along with the kunai deep in the ground from Y/n.
Tsunade: (Still its not like the real thing not coming form that genin, that boy almost had it but...)
Shuzune helped Naruko out of the crater while Y/n held his hand from his own failed jutsu.
Shuzune: "Naruko, Y/n are you two alight?"
Tsunade: "Jiraiya, are you the one who taught this kid the rasengan?"
Jiraiya: "Of course I did I'm her teacher aren't I? What of it?"
Tsunade: "Huh, you and the forth hokage are the only ones who can do that jutsu. What's the point of teaching it to someone who can never master it you fool. Giving her false hope and filling her head with stupid ideas, making her think she can actually be hokage some day"
Y/n: "S-shut up! She will become hokage!"
Tsunade: "Hmph, Najeda I didn't think you were as foolish as Jiraiya. You know as well as I do that the rail gun is a forbidden jutsu one that can cripple a ninja for life"
Najeda: "What I choose to teach my student is up to me and their own determination"
Tsunade: "A shinobi who willingly injuries themselves is more then a fool, its idiotic"
Naruko: "We'll show you, just give us three days and well master our jutsu's"
Tsunade: Watch what you say kid, I might just hold you to it
Naruko: "I said we'd do it and I never go back on my word, that's my nindo my ninja way"
Tsunade: "Well then, care to make a bet on it. I'll give you one week, if you and that boy can master your jutsu in that time I'll admit I'm wrong and your worthy of becoming hokage. I'll even throw in my necklace."
