Chapter 24

Previously

Tsunade stands opposite of Orochimaru thinking about her lost loved ones and possibly seeing them again. Meanwhile the two sanin step closer to each other. Once within arms reach they both put their arms out with Tsunade channeling chakra into her hands seemingly about to heal the injured sanin. But before they made contact a kunai flew between the two made them both jump back. It's revealed the one who threw the kunai is kabuto.

Orochimaru: "What's the meaning of this, have you really come here to betray me, Tsunade?!"

Orochimaru: "So that's your answer Tsunade, after all i've offered you. You would repay me by trying to kill me?"

Tsunade only glared at Orochimaru

Orochimaru: "Luckily I can count on Kabuto's loyalty. Good thing he arrived just in time to see the evil intent hidden in those healing hand's of yours"

Kabuto: "Were both from the medical core, I could tell she was building up her chakra for an attack"

Orochimaru: Letting out a sigh "Tsunade, and I was going to restore your loved ones to you. I even agreed to give up my dream of destroying the leaf village"

Tsunade: "I knew your promise to do that was worthless, a lie. But even so, the chance to see them both once more for a moment, to touch and feel them to see there smiles. I am weak, so weak I would have sacrificed everything just to see them. I love them both so much, but then something happened. That boy and girl, they made me remember something I was trying to forget. The dream they shared and gave their loves for meant everything for them. You once said everything on earth crumble and fade away. I wish that were true, I wish this feeling would go away but it never will..." she broke out in tears

Orochimaru: "It seems we reached an impasse, so be it. I'm afraid you give me no choice but to use force."

Wiping away her tears Tsunade charged at Orochimaru going for an axe kick causing alot of damage to the ground. Orochimaru however avoided the attack with Kabuto landing on a wall.

Orochimaru: "It's amazing after all this time you and I have never actually met in combat"

Tsunade: "That's right" She started to charge at them once more

Kabuto: "Don't get your hopes up, you still have to get through me"

Tsunade: "No matter, it will be a pleasure killing you both!"

She struck the wall they were on turning it to rubble making the two retreat to a tree branch. 

Orochimaru: "After all these years she never lost her touch, it wont end well if she connects"

Kabuto: "I see that. This is not the battlefield I would have chosen. It's to cramped here"

Orochimaru: "A change of scenery?"

Kabuto: "Yes I think it would be wise. When I found her attendant she was with two people who might be troublesome to us. They could be here any minuet"

Tsunade didn't stop her attack once again closing at and going for a kick that destroyed the tree branch the two were on causing them to start fleeing. 

Orochimaru: "These troublesome people, who are they?"

Kabuto: "One of the sanin same as you, the other is easily on their level"

Orochimaru: (Jiraiya and Najenda)

While the two ran off Tsunade continued to persue. 

Once she caught up they were now in an open area with mostly grass and rocks around. This is where their battle took place, however Orochimaru stayed to the sidelines due to his condition leaving only Tsunade and Kabuto. Both used their own skills to gain an advantage over the other in some way. Kabuto using a chakra scalpel to weaken Tsunade muscles witch worked for a moment only for Tsunade to regain the upper hand using her chakra to basically short circuit Kabuto's nervous system.
