With its hand it signals you to follow it, you follow it until you find his house.

You step inside his house and find it nicely decorated in modern furniture, that's when you realize these stupid looking aliens were smarter then they looked.
"My name is Gerald, would you two distinguished gentlemen like something to eat?"
In perfect English, the alien thing who's name was Gerald, spoke. Another creature speaking to you in a way you could understand surprised you.
"OH MY GOD YES ." (Bertha)
"Alright, let's go to McDonald's."(Gerald)
"What the fuck is a McDonald's"(Bertha)
McDonald's was once a fast food restaurant the humans used to go to. It was a place for the lazy obese people who stuffed their mouths with food to make themselves feel better. You learned this is history class, many people thought that Mcdonalds was actually a cute vintage place which looked clean and aesthetic.
"McDonald's is a fine dining establishment, you'll like it there."(Gerald)
