What is love ?

the waves felt almost peaceful as I held my breath waiting until we where coughed up into the cave as Micheal said, I can feel ivars grip getting tighter as I know he was freaking out but I refused to open my eyes too look. Aidens grip on me was slipping and he was now grabbing my wrist tightly and I knew it would leave a mark.

My lugs began to feel as if they where about to give out I had to breath and I was trying my best not to take a breath but my body was about to start forcing me too. And just in that second I couldn't anymore I breathed letting the air out and I open my eyes in a panic holding on as long as I could.

I suddenly feel aiden let go grabbing my face forcefully bringing his mouth to mines and blowing inside what ever air left he had. It only took a few seconds to see him begin to pass out and it made me begin to panic

Suddenly we are thrown out aggressively and I can finally gasp for air as I was rolling on the rocks in the cave. Coughing I call out for Aiden trying my best to get to him as he laid flat

"Aiden" I say screaming trying my best to get to him beginning mouth to mouth cpr

At the same time I scan the room for ivar who I found coughing up water in the corner

"Please" I say stopping for a while to see if Aiden would we react "I don't want to loose you again" I whisper and in that moment aiden began coughing up water and I sign in relief
I quickly turn as I hear how the others being slammed into the cave causing an encho as they all came up coughing

I rush as I see Ragnar struggling to stand
"Old man" I say and both ivar and I rush to help him up

"I've been on many trips in my life but none like that one" Ragnar says making me laugh and ivar smile

"No time to waist" Micheal lights a fire leading us into the cave for a hay seemed about an hour

" I'm hungry" hivisterk starts and Tharena and bjorn also begin you complain and ubbe stayed silent

"Your all like children" largetha spits

"Father I am hungry" jr  says to uhtred as he takes out an apple making hibisterk look as if he was going to snatch it right away

Adien laughed low as he noticed me smiling "as crazy as it sounds it almost feels like the old times even just for a small bit" he says making me look up and realize he was right. This small little moment felt nice felt just like before.

"Sam Im sorry.., I wasn't myself, I didn't mean to do those things..... say those things....... She... amadis got into my head and I couldn't tell reality from her mind control" Aiden almost whispers falling Behind to let the others walk ahead as he grabbed my wrist because I didn't try to stop in all honesty I didn't want too hear anything else. I was over the non stop drama the consistency of chaos in my life.

"Sam please" Aiden comes to a complete stop pulling me to look at him looking as if he was going to cry "I need you to forgive me. I can't stand to look at myself for what I did to you. I love you"

"you are forgiven" I say and Aiden looks in my eyes

"Not in the way I want to be forgiven" he says back letting a tear drop

"What do you expect aiden, I thought you were dead this whole time. I tried to avenge you this whole time. I've changed, you've changed. If what you want is for things to go back exactly as they were..... it's impossible." I stop and hesitate as I notice his face looking as if I just put a nice through his heart.
