Love, what a disastrous concept. Sometimes people do the worst for it, degrading themselves to their lowest. And sometimes people get nothing from it, and try their best to smile. But what would happen if a poor soul, lost his sense of hope and embr...
3 weeks have passed ever since the entire ordeal between Ashley's desperate attempt for reconciliation and repairing broken bonds and Alex's cruel rejection and unforgiving judgement.
Barry and his group often surround Alex wherever he goes like a moving wall to protect and secure, but in actuality it isn't meant to protect Alex. But rather to make sure he doesn't do something that he may or may not regret in the near future.
But it wasn't just his attitude that changed, Alex recently started to develop workout routines by going to gym or do his usual exercises. He changed completely, once a scrawny and skinny boy with little to no strength to a man of power and dominance.

His fellow schoolmates most especially the females would often look at him with mild interest or longing while the males would look at him in respect and admiration, truth to be told Alex didn't developed physical fitness just for attention but rather to help him cope with his trauma from Adam's beatings most importantly the loss of his precious eye.
As he walks down the hallway with many of the girls gawking at him which in turn disgusts him as they are the ones who did the most pain towards him when he was at his lowest, he unexpectedly bumps into a certain girl he knows and holds close to his heart, Audrey one of the few people who helped him when he was at his breaking point.
"Alex? How is it going!" Audrey said with a lively demeanor as she tries to hide her blush upon seeing Alex's face.
"Audrey? Wow, its been ages since we've last talked to each other! How's your day been anyways?" Alex said with a gentle and caring tone, a complete contrast to the tone and demeanor that he displayed to Ashley a few weeks ago.
"Oh you know! Same old same old, anyways how's school treating you?" Audrey's soft and gentle arms embraces Alex making him melt in affection. He tries to hide his blush while Audrey holds him tightly unaware of Ashley watching them from a corner with eyes full of longing and envy.
"I-i-i am doing just fine!" Alex stuttered nervously as he feels Audrey's soft and warm body pressing against his frame.
Ashley peeks from the corner watching them converse and bond with eyes burning with jealousy. She compared the attitude and demeanor Alex demonstrated to her 3 weeks ago to the one that Alex is giving to Audrey right now. She can't help but feel a tingle of anger as she witnesses Alex's flustered face glow bright red as Audrey embraces him with her soft and slightly perked body pressed against his.
She yearns for Alex to give her the same attention and affection that he gives to Audrey, wanting to see him blush and sputter nervously as she flirts with him, wanting to feel his body as she pressed hers against his as she hugs him tightly.
Her heart beating faster as images of her holding Alex close to her fill her mind, fantasies of her keeping him as her own make her feel lightheaded with glee and excitement. Her blush brightens as she imagines herself holding his face as she lockes her lips with his, she holds her face as she tries to calm herself but it only intensifies the wild imaginations forming inside her head.
Blood leaked from her left nostril as her imaginations slowly become more heated and intense. She wiped her nose as her breathing becomes heavy with arousal and desperation, she then took one last look at Alex and walked away with a plan in mind.
A thought enters Audrey's mind as she holds happily walks down the hallway with Alex, she was aware of the current status of Alex's connection with Audrey.
"So..Alex. I was wondering if you and Ashley will come back as friends again." Audrey asked Alex with genuine concern and worry, though she is heavily disappointed with Ashley's lack of faith and loyalty to Alex she can't help but feel bad for her as she remembers Ashley's depressed and lifeless expression when she asked her about her apology to Alex.
Alex widened his eyes slightly upon hearing that statement, he then sighs as he looks at Audrey with a tired face. Though angry as he remembers Ashley's misdeeds against him and that there is no excuse that she didn't bother to investigate even further, he feels guilty as he remembers Ashley's sad and longing eyes when she held him tightly as she desperately begged for reconciliation.
"To be honest Audrey, I'm not exactly sure if that is even possible at this point. Sure I understand that she is very guilty and wants to own up to her actions, but what she did to me made it hard for me to even think about forgiving her." Alex said in an exhausted voice perfectly reflecting his mood.
Though saddened upon hearing his words and refusal to reconcile with Ashley, Audrey nodded in acknowledgment and understanding. She knows that it takes time and effort to fully forgive a person and that it couldn't be rushed, she feels guilty for Ashley seeing her desperation and longing for Alex.
"I understand that you have trouble with her Alex, but please find it in your heart to forgive her one day. No, I'm not telling you to just forget what she did to you during that time, I am telling to you to avoid being someone that you don't want to end up as. So please Alex, give her a chance to fix everything she did even just one last chance to redeem herself." Audrey said with gentleness and care.
Alex looked at her in disbelief before closing his eyes as he huffs in exasperation.
"I.......I will see if I can do that Audrey..." Alex said as he places his hands into his pockets, he exhaled through his nose as he tries to calm himself down.
Audrey's eyes brighten in life as she hugs him softly making Alex blush red as he feels his left arm being submerged in her soft cleavage.
"Thank you...Alex." Audrey muttered as she hugs him tight. She can feel the weight on her shoulders dissipate, giving her a feeling of ease and comfort.
Barry and Jacob watch them from behind and looked at each other with smug faces. They like where this is going.
"Ship?" Barry said as he looks at Jacob with a grin on his face.
"Definitely a ship." Jacob said as he grins back at Barry.
The two of them then fist bumped before leaving Audrey and Alex to their business.
