When his eyes opened he realised he's in the hospital. He looked around and found a nurse in her 30s putting supplements in the drawer. As he wanted to open his mouth no words and sound came. He shuted his eyes and cried inside. The nurse then saw him that he wake up.

"Ohh you finally woke up." She said blankly. She then completed her work quickly and sat down in chair beside his bed. Suddenly her expression changed , her eyes looked concerned now , she asked " how you feel? Do you feel pain anywhere?" Neel just shook his head in no. Relief can see on her face. She sighed and then started saying again.

"Neel, listen carefully what I am going to say now and pull yourself together. You need to be strong for your sake."

His heart started to beating fastly. He was afraid but whom, he didn't know and he didn't want to know whatever she was going to say. He didn't know anything but still wants to go in the past where he spending his golden moments with his mom and sister.

The nurse gently grabbed his hand in her hands and started speaking again, her face was like she was feeling annoying. " I don't know I'm doing this while I have no relation with you. Listen kid don't interrupt me." She said in stern voice but still holding his hand gently. Neel doesn't understand her properly.

"Look Neel don't force yourself but you remember when you hang out with your sister and mother. " She stopped for a moment. "Then a big accident happened there and your mom and sister died on the spot but luckily you were not in the car that's why you are safe now." She said everything in lightspeed.

Neel's mind got blocked no thoughts came in his mind. He only thinking that how's this possible just moments ago we were having so much and now. Suddenly he screamed in his whole lungs. The nurse stood up and approach him but he started crying hard and was repeating same thing again and again"no you lying. I know you are lying" and started pushing her. He looked mess.

The nurse forcefully grabbed his hand and slipped him in the cheek. He stopped pushing her. She started speaking again "there's more and you have to listen all this because this is belonged to you and this is going to change your life completely and as I said earlier pull yourself together Neel." Silence.

Neel was still crying but he accepted the truth finally . "He then silently asked"at least I can go their funeral. Please call my father. I can go with him. where he is? I want to meet him." He asked in a little curiosity.

"You have been here for 1 month. I guess when this incident happened you got shocked and that's why you were in coma that long. Now I want to tell you something now you are alone in this whole shitty world so be strong and prepare yourself. From now on you are going to live with me. You have no injury on your body so I guess you can pack your things. Get ready. We have to leave from here." She said in one breath.

Another shock for Neel. But he somehow managed that he was in coma for 1 month but why he have to go with this not so arrogant lady. Neel still sat on the bed. The nurse looked at him and stop her work and sighed.

"Look like I have tell you all things then will you believe me." This time she she was calm. She started again while sitting on the stool near her.

" I'm not good beating the bush so prepare yourself what I'm gonna tell you." She stated in stern voice.

"I'm simple nurse so I don't know the whole details but I heard them talking, the doctors and your father. After the accident when he brought you here. He looked mess and angry. He clearly said that to the doctor do whatever you want I don't care whether he live or die. Take him far away from me. I hate me from my all heart. He the reason behind all this shit. I know why he did all this afterall he's not blood. I never forgive him , never." And then he started to cry. He was sad."
