VII. DESCRIPTION.
A heavily modified cyborg who can change forms between a humanoid one and a wolf, he constantly is trying to regain control over his mind, but the Agency has put his caretaker's focus on transfoming him fully into a obedient animal.

VII. PERSONALITY.
miserable weeper who tries to be stoic and honored.
when his more animalistic persona is forced out he turns more psychotic killing for the sake of it or just acting like a dog.

IX. POWERS.
He transforms into a wolf form who can run double the speed of a common one, jumps like a cat (like he jumps high and with precision.), has sharpened metal fangs and claws which easily cut steel... and flesh..., also a EMP Howl that deactivates nearby eletronics.

X. LOVED ONES.

His father (Lucas Smith), his mother (Elena Smith), his sister (Kate Smith). his grandpa (Garry Smith), a veteran of war who has Cataract making him not able to shoot like in the old days, and his little brother(Gunter Smith) who is a bubbly boy somehow hopeful about his brother returning alive, and in control of his form.

XI. LIKES.
Running in his own pace, having free time, freedom in a nutshell,  biting things to unstress (he at least has chewing toys...), sometimes when he loses control and is more animal he can enjoy being petted depending on the person.

XII. DISLIKES
His shock collar, not having choice of when to transform, and hurting anyone without reason.

XIII. STRENGTHS
Strong biting that shatters bones of a normal human, Cooperative with others, metal skin and fur acts as heavy armor.

XIV. WEAKNESS
Has the mental power of a 10 year old when transformed into a wolf form (sometimes even less, he unless in control of the Angecy, can turn into a very impulsive being), he needs a lot of energy to stay operational.

XV. BACKSTORY
He was a normal human, but the Agency had other plans, sending him by force from his home into the lab of a scientist who dreams of mechanical perfection, he still needed a complex computer to control the body he made, so Leon's brain was (in a very intrusive way even) transfered into the robotic body, he is meant to serve as either a stealth unit or just a member for extermination teams.

XVI. OTHER.
His grandpa has a plan for what should be done... he plans on once Cyber has a chance to achive freedom, detonate himself and Cyber's brother (or just have the kid escape, but is unlikely there will be such opportunity), so that nothing should hopefully hold his Grandson down.

He Will try to give inspirational speeches and up the team mood, but can sometimes end up staying at a corner whining and biting a chew toy like a sad dog.
