He can create a shock resistant, water resistant, and fire Resistant Armor, it is hard on the outside like crystals and weapons using the slime on his body, that is mostly hidden except for his head.

Defect (thing that goes wrong due to the failed experiment. I.e., dislocated joint, weak spot on their limbs, numbing headaches, ect.):
He can't control his head, constantly shifting between human and slime helmet and creating headaches, it being like a humans skin was turned and twisted against his will while still being alive.
