Crap!

I'm going to be late, there gonna kill me, crap crap crap!!!

Is all I was thinking about as I was sprinting through the cream colored hallways.

You are probably wondering who I am and why i am sprinting.

Great question

Well my name is Hailey Blakely. I am actually a actress/ singer.

I live in the human world. Duh. My world is split into 3 worlds. The vampire world, the wear wolf world, and lastly but in my opinion the best; the human world!

Each world has a queen and king. I am currently running through the royal palace to attend the meeting they called. I know not lady like, but it's better than being late.

They called a meeting with all the celebrities. No clue why, but they are royals I can't object.

I finally arrived at the huge wooden doors with 2 guards guarding them.

I reached the door hands on my knees panting. I am so glad I wore flats today! If I wore heels my feet would have already fallen of halfway here.

The guards just stood there looking at me like I am crazy. In my friends opinions, I am.

Once I caught my breath, I stood up to my 5'8 ft frame squared my shoulders, looked at the guard on the right and said

"Hello, I am Hailey Blakely, I am here to see King Robert and Queen Miranda."

The guard in the left checked his clipboard and nodded to the guy on the right.

Silently telling him that I am safe to enter. They both grabbed the handles on the wooden doors and opened them.

I walked in to see a large room with grey couches with a black glass coffee table in front of each couch.

There were singers, actresses, business people,etc, and lastly the king and queen sitting together on a live seet couch. All the people in her were women expect the king of course. Strange

The queen was sitting with her hands on her lap, while the king had his arms crossed across his chest scanning the room with his judgemental gaze.

I spotted a seat next to my friend Amber Miller and quickly took a seat. She is also a singer.

She has light blond hair and ocean blue eyes, while I have chocolate brown hair with dark brown eyes.

"Do you have any idea what this is about?" She asked popping her bubble pink gum

"No, I was hoping you knew" I replied

"Attention everyone" the king said standing up

"You are all probably wondering why I called you all here"

There were a lot of yeses that filled the room

"Now quiet down listen" he said

"This is about the vampire world" as soon as he uttered those words a silence filled the room.

"What could the vampires want" I asked Amber

"Probably more blood" she replied venomously

6 times a year every human is sent to donate blood to the vampires. We have no choice in the matter.

"What do the vampires want now" a lady spat. I think she is a CEO

"I was about to explain that the king" said annoyed

The queen stood up and placed a perfectly manicured hand on his arm.

"As you all know the vampire and the humans are starting to have disagreements" the queen said

"Yes, us humans are starting to protest on the matter of giving blood to them. The vampires are set on having our blood tho. They are ready to go to war, and if they go to war then so do we" the king said

"But we heard that the prince of the vampires needs a wife" the queen said

"So they proposed an idea. If we give the prince a wife they will reduce blood donations to four times a year"

"What?!" Someone screamed in the crowd

There was a lot of angry yelling going on like:

"He is the most monstrous of them all!"

"He is the most ruthless out of them!"

"Know settle down" the queen said calmly

No one listened

"Quiet" the king boomed

Silence followed

"I know this is outrageous, but only one person needs to sacrifice themselves. You will belong to them and they can do whatever they please to you."

"So we will become pets" Amber exclaimed standing up

"Only one of you" the queen said calmly

"How are the royals so calm" I angrily whispered to Amber

"Because they don't have to sacrifice themselves or there kids." She said glaring at the royals

"If you are the one they want, then you will not be treated like a pet. You will still get to continue your career, just be property of the prince" the king explained

"Who do they want" someone asked

"Hailey Blakeley" a huge silence engulfed the room as everyone stared at me.
