Four days had passed since Naruto and Ryoko became members of Kaguya's loving family in the serene village of Tsukigakure. Although the two children had settled into their new home, Kaguya couldn't shake the concern she felt for their health.

Naruto and Ryoko's pale complexions and weakened appearances troubled Kaguya deeply. Determined to find answers, she took them to the village's hospital, seeking the expertise of the head nurse.

The head nurse named Hana Kashikoi, a wise and experienced woman, listened attentively to Kaguya's worries. After conducting a thorough examination, she revealed a startling revelation. "It appears that both Naruto and Ryoko lost a significant amount of blood before arriving in Tsukigakure," she explained.

Kaguya's heart sank at the news. The thought of her children suffering before she could provide them a haven filled her with a wave of sadness and a renewed determination to make things right. She knew she had to act swiftly to restore their vitality.

Without hesitation, Kaguya made a decision that would forever alter the destinies of Naruto and Ryoko. She offered her blood to heal them, understanding the power it contained. Drawing upon her ancient lineage as an Otsutsuki, she donated her blood to her beloved children.

The process was carefully conducted under the watchful eyes of the village's medical experts. In a remarkable turn of events, the infusion of Kaguya's blood brought about visible changes in Naruto and Ryoko. Their once dull hair and eyes shimmered with new vibrancy, transforming into ethereal hues that mirrored Kaguya's enchanting appearance.

Naruto's once bright blonde hair took on a silvery sheen, while his mesmerizing blue eyes now held a touch of amber. Ryoko's jet-black hair bloomed with a silken silver, and her eyes glowed with a gentle crystal white.

Kaguya watched in awe as her blood flowed through their veins, intertwining their destinies evermore. The connection between them grew deeper, binding them together with a bond stronger than that of mere family. Bound by blood, they became kin not only in their hearts but in their very essence, but they slipped into a small coma once the transfusion was successful.

Four days after the blood fusion, Kaguya would visit the hospital to check on her children hoping that they would awaken sooner or later, but each day Kaguya also planned out what her children would do and when she felt like they were ready she would train them and teach them before she enrolls them into the academy.

On the fifth day, Kaguya had gotten word that Naruto and Ryoko were about to be awakened, she left in a hurry, and with her heart swelling with joy she couldn't wait to see her new children once more, she arrived at the hospital and went straight towards to their room where she'll wait for them to wake up and the first thing they'll see is their new mother.

As Naruto and Ryoko awakened from their blood infusion, a renewed energy surged through their bodies. Their strength had returned, but there was something more - a newfound sense of belonging and connection to Kaguya.

Grateful tears welled in Kaguya's eyes as she beheld her children's transformed appearances. They were a testament to her undying love and the lengths she would go to ensure their well-being.

With their new appearances, Naruto and Ryoko stood as reflections of both their past and their future. Embracing their changed selves, they embarked on a journey of discovery, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

Two days later, Hana is discharging Naruto and Ryoko from the hospital but they can hardly walk, they both would fall on their butts and look a little dizzy then they looked up at Kaguya and made grabby hands "Mommy." Ryoko said with much pleading in her eyes then Naruto spoke up "Mom, up please." he said with looks of plea in his eyes.
