Chapter 12: New Team 4

Another twelve years went by Naruto and Sakura returned from their second honeymoon and went to Aiko and Sora's, home where they surprised everyone even Sakurah and Nakuro were super happy and they dashed to their parents and hugged them, "Welcome home." they both said as they get picked up by their parents.

Naruto got a hug from Sakurah and then nuzzled into her father's neck "We missed you so much, Daddy." she said with a warm smile on her face looking up at him, the sight melted Naruto's heart "Aww, don't worry your Mother and I missed you both." he said then he looked at Sakura who has Nakuro on her back.

Aiko and Sora came up to their brother and sister-in-law and hugged them both "Welcome home you two, I hope your honeymoon was relaxing." Sora said as she couldn't let go of her brother just like in old times, "Really? You still this clingy after all those years Sora." Naruto said as he chuckled and Sora pouted at him "I can be clingy all I want." she said then Naruto hugged her, "Alright alright, did anything happen while we were gone." he said then Aiko spoke up.

"Yes, this time next month the the Chunin Exams will begin, and Lady Tsukikage wishes to see you." Aiko said then Naruto sighed "Okay, I'll see what she wants." he said then he passed Sakurah on to Sora and left his family home to see Tsukino, when Naruto entered Tsukino's office he suddenly got tackled by three students, Naruto looked at them and is surprised who tackled him it was Kai Tsuzuki, Akria Nishiyama, and Tabito Kirishima "YAY, Naruto sensei is our team leader." Kai yelled making the others in the room cover their ears, she quickly looked around her and blushed a little "Sorry..." she said then Tsukino spoke up "It's alright Kai you were just excited." she said then they watched Naruto getting up from the floor.

Naruto stood up straight and looked at her former sensei "Are you sure I'm right for this job sensei?." he said but Tsukino nodded and smiled, "Yes I do believe you are the right person for the new Team 4, plus Sora already has Kanbe Tachibana, Shika Tachibana, and your adopted son Kazu Otsutsuki for Team 10." she said surprising Naruto "Huh...I never thought she does anything." he chuckled which made Tsukino chuckle too.

"Yes even I was surprised when she asked to be a team sensei, I think Aiko must have got her butt in gear...But to other matters," she said getting everyone's attention "Within a couple of months there will be the Chunin Exams, and they will be held in Suna." Tsukino said that Naruto was happy to hear that, Tsukino then dismissed them making them the official new Team 4 without even testing them.

Once the new Team 4 was outside of Tsukino's office, Naruto turned to look at his team "Alright, tomorrow I'll test you myself, so I need to know how I will train you three." he said then his team nodded and smiled, "Hehe...We get the Legendary Naruto." Kai said within her inner thoughts and this didn't go unnoticed by her facial expression which she quickly changed to closing her eyes and sheepishly giggling and waving at the others.

"Okay guys take the day off, do what you want and until then I shall see you all tomorrow," Naruto said as he left his students to do what they wanted to do, he returned home to share the news with his family as the village of Tsukigakure had expanded over the years, but they are still a hidden village and they kept that way and being careful of the expansion so they don't expose their village too much.

The next day at training ground six, Naruto waits for his team to arrive then he spots them coming toward him and a big smile appears on his lips "You guys are just on time." he yelled as Team 4 hurried over and wanted to learn from their sensei, "Good morning Sensei." the team said in unison as they respectively bow at each other "Okay who's up for some training." Naruto said as he cracked his knuckles, with determination in their eyes Team 4 nodded then Naruto summoned two shadow clones, one clone sparred with Kai and she pouted that she wanted to spar with Naruto but she did as she was told while the other clone sparred with Akira and the real Naruto was sparring with Tabito.

After a long day of training, they had to stop after a missed guided slip-up, Kai's arm almost got broken and Naruto heed to her aid "Are you alright?." Naruto said and Kai simply nodded trying to be brave and not give in to her pain, Naruto looked at his other students "Do you two wish to continue training or call it a day?." he said which his team took a moment to think then Akira and Tabito glanced at each other then back to their sensei "Call it a day Sensei, Kai's well-being comes first." Tabito said and Naruto smiled "Good answer".

"But it's not just Kai's well-being that's important, it's everyone's well-being too," Naruto said then he mended Kai's arm and gently picked her up then he looked back at Akira and Tabito "Today's lesson is finished, go rest up we can continue training when Kai is all better," he said then he carried Kai to the hospital while the other two headed home to wash up and rest up, "Everything will be okay now Kai," he said showing a reassuring smile to her which she nodded and she still trying not to give in to the pain.

Once Naruto and Kai arrived at the hospital Sakura was already outside taking her lunch break but then she caught her husband from the corner of her eye "Oh Naruto, what brings you here?." she said with a little puzzled look on her face, "Just a little training accident Sakura, one of my clones got a little rough on her and almost dislocated her arm." Naruto said as he put Kai down next to Sakura, she checked on her and gently twisted her arm a little.

"Wait...you said Sakura..." Kai said looking a little puzzled, Naruto nodded then Kai looked up at Sakura "Oh neato, I got to meet Sakura Otsutsuki." she said with a big smile on her face "Looks like I'm not the only one with a fan." Naruto chuckled as Sakura chuckled as well "Now hold still." she said then she used her healing jutsu to fix up her arm.

A couple of minutes later Sakura's hands stopped glowing and softly smiled "There, all you need is rest and light exercises and your arm should be fine within a day or two." She said while she and Naruto watched Kai winding up her arm "Thank you, Mrs. Otsutsuki I feel so much better." She said then she got up from the bench and bowed to Naruto "Thank you for taking care of me sensei, I'll see you tomorrow." She said Naruto nodded then Kai went home with a happy smile on her face.

Sakura looked at Naruto "Be glad it was me you found first and not Tsunade, she would give you a new hole for being reckless." she said putting fear into his soul "Granny Tsunade is here?." he said which he received a nod from his wife, "Yes, she arrived a day after we left on our second honeymoon and she's head Doctor here." she said and she couldn't hold back her laughter after seeing her husband's face, while Sakura laughed and Naruto pouting playfully they get a small encounter with two other members of their family.

"Well, well if isn't our lovely power couple," Ryoko said as she was getting a piggyback ride by her wife Tenten who stopped and looked too "Oh Sakura...Naruto...when did you two matchsticks come back." Tenten said as she walked over to them with her wife on her back, "Ryoko, Tenten, It's lovely to see you both again." Naruto said as he and Sakura went and gave a group hug to Ryoko and Tenten.

"I was hoping we bump into you two, we have amazing news." Ryoko said but she and Naruto noticed Tenten whispering in Sakura's ear "So did you tell him yet...." she said wanting to know the results "I haven't told him yet." Sakura said who was worried as 'that' has been brought up, "Told me about what?." Naruto said as he scratched his head and Ryoko crossed her arms and waited for Sakura to say something.

"Well, Naruto...You better sit down for this." Sakura sat as she patted a spot on the bench next to her as Naruto sat down, Ryoko and Tenten were only on standby just in case Naruto fainted, "So...What's the big news Sakura?." he said pondering what she had to say, "Well...Naruto sweetie...I'm...I'm Pregnant..." she finally said and the tree women waited to see his reaction.

"Oh okay, that's awesome news Sakura." he said then he stood up and walked away then he stopped suddenly and turned around "WAIT WHAT...!!!" he yelled then he fell backward hitting his head and back to the ground, "Awe man...he just had to walk." Tenten said as she and Ryoko sighed as they went over and picked up their brother, "C'mon let's get this fainter inside." Sakura said as she held the doors open for them to carry Naruto into the hospital.
