The Neglected Salvatore

Chapter Four

*Weeks Later/After the Ritual*

Stefan paced the living room with his phone in his hand trying to call his daughter, the two brothers have been trying to find her ever since they realized she was gone but they had no luck

He kept trying to call her because his brother was upstairs dying and he knew Damon wanted to see his niece at least once before he went and Stefan wanted to at least grant that wish if he wasn't able to save his brother

He sighed pulling his phone away from his ear, if he couldn't get ahold of his daughter then he would go after his lead to save his brother which was Klaus

He walked into the apartment to see his daughter and Katherine sitting on the couch talking

"Taylor" Stefan exclaimed surprised to see his daughter here

Her eyes widened in shock and looked at Katherine who shrugged but before either could respond Klaus and Elijah had both walked in

*Elijah didn't know about Taylor being his great niece*

"Ah Stefan Salvatore" Klaus said with a smirk "what do you want" he said with a glare

Stefan moved his gaze to Klaus "I need your help for my brother, he was bit and the witches said you knew the cure and I would also like to know why you have my daughter" Stefan said glaring at the original

Klaus just smirked and looked to Taylor giving her a look to stay quiet which she nodded and ended up going to another room

"Well seeing as your daughter is my granddaughter and she is here on her own free will" Klaus said

Elijah and Stefan both looked to Klaus like he was crazy

"What are you talking about Niklaus" Elijah said before Stefan could say anything

"My lovely daughter went back to Mystic Falls and met you, you can tie the rest together" Klaus said with a small chuckle

"Where is Arabella, Niklaus" Elijah asked, he hasn't seen her since she left

Klaus looked down with a small tear falling down his cheek "She is dead Elijah, again like I said Taylor is my granddaughter and she will be staying with me as you could care less about her" Klaus said, he wanted to get off the topic of his daughter as fast as possible so he didn't give Elijah time to respond

Elijah just stared at his brother with sadness knowing he was hurting and he wasn't helping

Stefan shook his head "I have no idea what you are talking about, and my daughter is not staying anywhere with you" Stefan said glaring at the hybrid in front of him

Klaus laughed "Seeing as she is around 100 years old, she can do what she wants and she has already chosen to stay with me" Klaus said glaring back at the Salvatore

*Skipping the argument, dagger, and deal*

Taylor sighed as she watched her grandfather put her great uncle into a coffin and storage unit with the rest of her new family

Stefan looked at his daughter "Taylor will you please tell me why you left" Stefan asked hoping she would answer

She laughed "You really have to ask that? Ever since you came back to Mystic Falls it's been about Elena or Uncle Damon, I think the last time we truly talked was right before we came back here which was just you demanding that I go with you" Taylor said glaring at him

Stefan - "That is not true Taylor, we have talked many times after arriving in Mystic Falls" He glared back at her not liking how she was speaking to him

Taylor - she scoffed "oh please, the only time you spoke to me was when you needed help saving Elena or stopping Uncle Damon from doing something idiotic"

Stefan - "You need to watch how you speak to me"

Taylor rolled her eyes but before she could say anything Klaus walked in

Klaus - "I would watch how you speak to my granddaughter, you are only alive because you are of use to me" He smirked

Stefan glared at the hybrid but kept quiet, Klaus walked over to Taylor and gave her a place to stay since they had talked and she didn't want to go hunt werewolves with her father

She smiled at him and left ignoring her father who looked incredibly confused
