Kiara hadn't seen Remus much outside of class and she knew he had a lot on his plate. She just hoped he was being careful, as well as her father. Sirius would be a fugitive for a long time, if they ever could clear his name. She couldn't have Remus on the run too.

It was the day of Gryffindor and Slytherin's match and as Kiara and her friends climbed the stadium to find good seating, Anthony Rickett waved them over, "Hawk, Black! Weasleys!" he called, looking at the group.

They went over, seeing that there were a few empty seats around Cedric and his friends, surprisingly. Ever since Cedric became Champion, the girls wouldn't leave him alone.

"Hey, you guys," Nathan greeted the four of them as they joined. Morgan nudged Kiara before walking past her. She smiled as she went to go stand by Cedric, strategically done by Morgan.

"Hey," he said, giving her a small smile.

"Hi," she replied, rubbing her gloved hands together to keep them warm.

"Cold?" he asked with a smirk, before lowering his head to whisper in her ear, "I can help warm them up."

She looked at him, but before she could reply, Ginny leaned against the rails to look over at Cedric, four people down the row from them, "So Cedric, what do you have planned for your big date with Kiara today?"

Cedric glanced at Kiara before looking at Ginner and saying, "I'll let her tell you when she's back from it. Has someone asked you to the ball yet?"

Ginny blushed and shrugged, "Yeah, and I said yes..."

"Bloody hell, who?" Ron demanded.

"Congratulations," Cedric said at the same time.

"I heard the Champions and their dates have the first dance," Ginny said, then added dreamily, "that's so romantic!"

Cedric frowned as Ginny continued to tell those around her all about the Yule Ball. Kiara chuckled, making Cedric look down at her, "What?"

"Nothing, it's cute," she said.

"Do you have your dress yet?" Cedric asked her.

Kiara raised her eyebrows, "I haven't said yes yet."

"Oh my gosh," Morgan cut into their conversation, obviously eavesdropping, and said to Cedric, "her dress is so fucking hot. Whoever she chooses won't be able to keep his hands off of her."

Kiara smacked Morgan to shut up but she just chuckled as the match began. Rory and Malcolm returned with their hands full of hot chocolate. Rory handed her a cup before giving one to Cedric.

"Thanks," she grinned at him.

"No problem," he replied before telling Cedric, "bet Potter will fall off his broom again."

Cedric grunted, "Rory, there's always someone who's been trying to make Potter fall off his broom every game, every year."

Morgan cracked up and even Kiara couldn't hold back her smile.

"That's not funny," Hermione scolded them.

"Oh come on, even you have to admit it's true, Hermione," Seamus looked up at them from the row directly below them.

She flipped him upside the head and he laughed, turning back around. Kiara dutifully sipped on her hot chocolate, deciding it was safer to not comment.

"But I have to give it to Johnson though, she's a pretty strong Captain," Anthony stated, "Montague's got a thing coming to him. Her strategy's completely different than Wood's and that's going to take Montague by surprise if he underestimates her."
