Debby was still sleeping when her phone rang. She woke up and looked at the time, it was only 6.00 am. Worse still, it was an unknown number. She cut the call and put her phone down but it rang again. She lost her patience and picked up with an angry tone in her voice, "Who's this? " "Hey, Debby. It's the Detective here. I need you to do me a favour, " Detective Ronalds said on the other side. "At six in the morning? " Debby asked still annoyed. "Yeah, ahh sorry to disturb. It's just that I have a busy day ahead of me and I was afraid I'd forget so I thought I'd tell you this first thing in the morning when I was up and running. It's about the case though. We think we have solid evidence to finally press charges, " Detective Ronalds said. "Really? Sure, anything. I'll do anything to help, " Debby said finally waking up.

"I need you to ask Andrew Graham something, " Detective Ronalds said. "Andrew? How do you know Andrew? " Debby asked. "Sweetie, I'm a Detective and I ensured that the family told me everyone closely associated to the victim. Though we're still keeping it low to ensure your safety. This number is protected by the police so nothing can be leaked unless you say something, " Detective Ronalds said. "Okay, so what should I do? " Debby asked. The Detective made the instructions clear to Debby.

Andrew was chilling after breakfast when he received a text from Debby and the conversation went as follows:
Debby: Hi
Andrew: What do you want?
Debby: Straight to the point I see😅. I'm here  to make amends.
Andrew: 👀
Debby: Listen, I messed up. Real bad 😔I don't even have words to justify what I did and I even had the audacity to blame it on my best friend 🤦‍♀️. I guess I only realised how much you meant to me when I lost you. Not just the attention you gave me but our friendship. I actually had good times with you. Can we at least have that back and see where it goes?🙃
Andrew hesitantly replied: Uhm, okay. I do miss you too to be honest. I'll give it a try if you do. 🙄
Debby: Okay cool but why are you rolling your eyes? 😅
Andrew: A reminder that you're treading on thin ice. 🙂
Debby: Oh I see. 😂I'll tread carefully till I get to the land then.
Andrew: 😂😂😂👍.
After chatting for a while, Debby finally asked her question.

Debby: So, I went to see Marybeth so I could apologise to her but found out they're on holiday. They left a caretaker in the house and she asked about this cool belt she found. It's pretty unique and she was thinking of buying one for her son. When I saw it, I remembered that I've seen Cameron wearing it but since I don't talk to Cameron, I thought of asking you. Where he gets his belts. (She attached the picture of it to the text).
Andrew: Oh, that's not possible. It's custom made. Cameron was too proud to wear the same brands as everyone else so he made his own and made it part of his accessories like belts, watches and some clothes but he never wanted it to be a business so it was only for him to wear and if anyone else is seen wearing it, he won't hesitate to sue them.

Debby: Wow 😅your friend never ceases to shock me. You would think he would want to make more money but no, he decides to keep it to himself 😂🤷‍♀️
Andrew: Firstly, he's not my friend anymore and secondly, you would think a guy like him only thinks about money but ninety percent of the time, he just wants approval and the feeling of being his own person. Unfortunately, he goes too far with things.
Debby: Approval?
Andrew: Yeah, his parents have always made him feel like a nobody and are always pushing him to the limit. He just wants them to applaud him for once but no matter what he does, they call him weak or a failure or something. They always just bring him down so he feels he always has to assert dominance. Then again he hates that everything he does is for his parents approval and tries to show that he's his own person by making his own brand for example. But outward appearance doesn't fix his broken heart. 😔
Debby: Wow, I'm speechless. I didn't know or even think he had some sort of inferiority complex. Or is it superiority? I can't tell.
Andrew: Whichever it is, he has it. That's another reason I kept being his friend. I just thought if someone showed him he was special and important, he would eventually break and change but he just kept getting worse.
Debby: Sadly.
Andrew: Yeah but why am I telling you this. That phase is over. I just hope wherever he goes, he'll find someone to help him. Or maybe even Marybeth, she seemed to have a greater effect on him than I did.
Debby: You really think so? 🤔
Andrew: Yes, I saw Cameron trying for the first time. He never admitted it but he fell for her.
Debby: Really? I didn't think he was capable of falling for someone 😅
Andrew: Trust me, I know him better than anyone. Anyway, let's just burry the past please. You free tomorrow?
Debby: I'm also free today 🙃
Andrew: Oh ahh, so am I 😅. Wanna hang out?
Debby: Of course. The park sound good?
Andrew: Yeah, I'll be there in a few.
Debby: Okay I'll start off too then.
