Chapter 20
Alexander's POV
Damn this guy is hot was the first thing that came to my mind when I first saw Mitch. He had this cute thin black hair along with bangs that covered the left side of his forehead. And don't forget the jawline that made me want to throw kisses along it. He was just perfect and I want to love him. I looked in his eyes again, but this time I noticed the slight redness in it.
"Have you been crying?" I asked and I could see his face fell from happy to a bit sad. Okay, what's going on? "Are you okay? Are you hurt?" I began to panic a little. Did I make him so uncomfortable that he'd cry?
He cleared his throat. "Um.. I'm fine. Something just got in and I rubbed it too hard." He said and i could tell that he was lying but I just shrugged it off.
"Oh okay. Anyway, where were you going?" I asked because it was still working hour but he was heading out.
"I-I have to go pick up something for Mr. Hoying."
"Oh, okay then. See you later." I smiled and he returned it and let me tell you, it was the sweetest smile that I've ever seen before. It was the kind of smile that melted your heart, and it did just that to me. I think I was in love.
He left and I quickly went to Scott's office to find out more about Mitch. Scott was my cousin. After I graduated from university, uncle Rick offered me a job here as the head of the marketing department and I accepted it, so I worked here. And since it was Scott's first day, I decided to pay him a visit.
"Hey Scott." I said as I opened the door to his office. He looked up at me and smiled widely.
"Oh Alex, hi! It's been so long since I last saw you." He stood up and hugged me. We were super close so we didn't mind hugging each other.
"I know right.. anyway, how's your first day?" I asked and he sighed making me chuckled.
"It was terrible. I didn't understand most of the things that Mr. Lee told me. But don't tell my dad about that." He explained and I just laughed.
"You can trust me on that one." I replied and we both chuckled. Then, we spent about half an hour catching up with each other. It turned out that Scott was being forced into all of this, and that's why he hated this thing very much. We talked about a lot of other stuff before I decided to bring Mitch into our conversation.
"So anyway, I see that you have a new PA." Scott's face suddenly changed.
"What about him?"
"He's so cute. Is he your boyfriend?" I asked bluntly, hoping he'd say no.
"Don't you dare touch him!" Scott said with a growl which shocked me. He was never that possessive over his girlfriends.
"Wow you really like him, don't you." I smirked. " but I don't think he likes you. Sooo... I'm gonna give it a try." And with that I left his office leaving him cursing like a sailor and calling me names. I just chuckled at how childish he was being.
Mitch's POV
I literally threw myself on the bed the moment I got into my bedroom, and I spent the whole evening staring at the ceiling above me. My mind wandering to the hot guy at the office earlier.
He was the definition of perfect. His hair was perfect. His body was perfect. His smile was perfect. Everything of him is perfect.
My mind was filled with his god like face until I fell asleep.
I woke up the next morning feeling excited. Not for school, but for the internship after school. I really wanted to see Alexander again. I needed to see him.
