KATHERINE LAID ASLEEP ON THE BED WITH MONKEY JACK sitting there practically guarding her as Jack watched them.

He and the monkey having a stare off, before he sighs gives up and goes to grab the rum only to see that it's gone.

"Why is the rum always gone?"

He stands up to only stumble realizing, "oh... That's why."

He goes looking for rum below deck leaving her sleeping.

KATHERINE WOKE UP TO JACK SHOUTING, "HAUL THOSE SHEETS! RUN THEM! RUN! KEEP RUNNING!" She immediately stood up like a bat out of hell, she grabbed her hat and Jack jumped on her shoulder. She then went out to see what the bloody hell was going on, "RUN AS IF THE DEVIL HIMSELF AND ITSELF IS UPON US!"

"Jack!" Kat ran to him as did Gibbs.

"Do we have a heading?" Gibbs asked at the same time.

Jack screamed at the sudden sight of them, "ahh! Ooh- Run- Land!"

Katherine could tell there was true and utter terror in his eyes, he was terrified, and she's never seen him like this before...

"Which port?" Gibbs keeps questioning him.

"Didn't say," Jack quickly responds, "I said land, any land."

Suddenly monkey Jack jumps off her shoulder and grabs Jack's hat jumping to the rope next to the raising, he screeches at Jack and Jack hisses back! That's when he throws Jack's hat off the boat!

"Jack's hat! Bring her about-"

"No, no!" Jack cut him off, "leave it!"

Everyone stopped and looked at him. Jack found his hat to be very sacred so this was very odd.

Kat touched his face making him jump, she turned him to look at her, "talk to me, what is going on? What has you so frightened?"

Jack stared at her terrified for himself and for her, he then looked at his crew, "run," he then scurried out of her grip and hid behind the stairs!

Gibbs and Katherine looked at each other confused, "back to your stations, the lot of you!" Gibbs orders.

Katherine went to Jack again, "Jack, you need to be honest with me, here and now-"

"Jack?" Gibbs whispers walking over, "for the love of mother and child, Jack, what's coming after us?"

"Nothing..."

JACK WAS IN A HURRY TO GET TO LAND so much so that he was avoiding his lover.

Finally, Katherine got so sick of it that she grabbed him and pulled him into the office, monkey Jack on her shoulder as always, "you are going to tell me what the bloody hell we are running from, right now, or I swear to god. I'll leave."

Jack's eyes widened at the thought, "no- no-" he kissed her deeply, "I love you. Don't leave me."

Kat's eyes softened with sympathy, "I love you too, so be honest with me."

"I-" Jack looked around before pulling her away from the door, "the Kraken."

"Excuse me?" Katherine had heard of the beast that was the Kraken but most believed it did not exist although those who did were terrified of the idea of it coming after their ships, "how- Why-"

"Davy Jones," Jack admits, "he's after me. I owe him a debt," he whispers before closing his eyes for a moment and continuing to explain, "thirteen years ago, I made a deal with him, he would raise the Pearl from his locker, making me Captain. In return, I would serve one hundred years of servitude to him. And if I don't do so, he's sending the Kraken after me to get it. And whoever is with me will pay it as well. So we," he took her hands kissing them, "must get to land."
