TOUYA POV.

The journey home was long and silent. I had my hands in my pockets all the time and I tried to concentrate on my steps that echoed in the fine snow powder. I love the sound of crunching snow. I also love winter. A season that can cool me down for at least a few months and make me feel better.

Keigo has surprised me today. I don't know if I should have been disappointed or vice versa. I wanted to have an interview about our past to set the record straight, and he just took my proposal and trampled on it. Has he really gotten through all this yet? It is true that it has been 8 years, but old wounds never heal sufficiently. Anyway, I didn't care anymore, let him do what he wants. Mainly so that he doesn't get in my way. It looks like he is at the stage of life where he is doing well.

I went out onto the main road and saw a taxi in the distance, which I called. I waved at him with one hand and got in.

KEIGO POV.

" Sir? Hello? Get up, I'm closing the store" I woke up to someone shaking me. I tiredly raised my head from the table and looked at a woman dressed as a waitress. Where am I? I looked around the room and when I saw an empty seat across from me I immediately thought he mentioned.

Touya

" Excuse me, what time is it?" I apologized and turned to the waitress.

" We'll be closing at midnight"

,, Oh well.. Sorry" I stood up, put on my coat and left the establishment. It started snowing outside while I was inside. And quite heavily. I turned and started walking home. I wanted to take off but then I realized that it probably wasn't the best idea and so I continued walking.

It didn't take long and I was finally opening the door to my apartment. The whole way I was thinking about what would happen next. When Touya is back. Can I ignore him? Can I start over with him or will the wounds that I have long since been healed open up. I couldn't get those thoughts out of my head. They kept coming back.

There was complete darkness and silence in the apartment. I didn't even bother to change my clothes and fell into bed. Today was a difficult evening, I must finally get a good night's sleep. Luckily for me, I was so tired that I didn't even have time to think anymore and I immediately fell asleep.

All around me was darkness, no sounds, no light, no energy. As if nothing exists just my thought. Here at this moment. No past, future or present. It was simply now. Suddenly a red light came on in the house, I wanted to get out of it, but suddenly I was holding in my hands large metal bars that were part of the cage. I looked up and the cage was stretching up. I can't wait to see the end of it. I wanted to spread my wings and take off, but a face appeared near the cage. A man so similar to me that it scared me. He had red wings, my wings..

The man didn't say anything, he just looked at me and that was enough for me, he didn't have to say anything. I read the words in his eyes. I suddenly sat on the ground as if someone had pushed me. I quickly sat down. Well, he was gone and so was the cage. This time I was sitting on the surface of the water. So calm and still, it made me nervous. Someome put his palm over my mouth from behind and pulled me under the water. My ears started to buzz disgustingly and I felt like my eyes were going to fall out of their sockets.

I raised my head to the surface and saw the silhouette of a blonde woman staring at my melting heat. But she didn't do anything, she turned and left.

My vision was going red when suddenly someone pulled me out of the water and put me on my feet. When I opened my eyes I saw Touya.

" You are not like your father! You are better. You're Hawks" he smiled.

I wanted to say something to him, but suddenly the light flashed. Touya was still standing in front of the house, but he looked different. "You are nobody to me..." he said and pushed me in the chest.

" HAWKS!!!" I heard Ruma's voice. I was startled and quickly fell into a sitting position. I opened my eyes but my vision was blurry. What's going on!? " My God, what should I do! Wait here!" I heard panic in her voice and .. sobs? Is she crying?

" Rumi? What is going on? Why can't I see anything"

" Wait your eyes are bleeding" when her voice reached me I felt her touch on my face. " Close your eyes" I did as she said.

" God, I've been worried about you lately. I'll probably stay here with you for a few days"
