A/n: I couldn't wait. I just couldn't wait. I saw that Finestkind was coming out soon and after seeing the trailer I just couldn't wait any longer. So this is what I think Mabel would be like. Without seeing the movie, of course lol.

Title Name - You Got My Head Spinning

Work was brutal. It was 3 am in the morning and I could feel the weight of my workload settling on my shoulders as I melted into my couch. I had pushed my face so far into the pillow that if I screamed then no one could hear. But I was too drained for all that. So I just laid there.

I was a bartender and I just got promoted to night manager. Our last manager moved away so the big boss was unsure of who to choose. So he went with the least trouble making person there.

Me.

I know he meant to say that I was the oldest and he didn't want to appoint any 21 year olds as manager. (Since I'm 25.) Either way, it was my first real night as manager and I have to say, it's exhausting. Because instead of just bar work I have other responsibilities on top of slinging beer bottles.

Since most of the paperwork is done before our main boss leaves everyday I don't have to worry about that. But I still have ticket stubs to count at the end of the night, and register drawers from day time bartenders. Along with putting in orders for the next week and making sure the bathrooms are cleaned. We may be a bar but we pride ourselves in having a clean one.

Luckily, I work with some helpful staff at night.

Callie, a 23 year old cutie from Texas with a southern accent. She currently attends college during the day and bartends during the night. Her mother died when she was 13 and her father has since been incarcerated. She lived with her auntie after her mothers passing and then moved here for college.

She's been with us for a year now and refuses to work unless she gets to work with me or my other favorite employee.

Jericho. A 22 year old baseball player who should be scouted already but instead spends his time playing for a Co-ed traveling team and working nights at the bar. He's lived here most of his life. Callie calls him Rico Suave because he's one of those really handsome tall guys. He's light skinned with shoulder length black hair that he keeps pulled up in a messy bun or ponytail.

His father is of indigenous descent while his mother was a full blooded Caucasian woman from New York City.

He's been a friend of mine for a few years. I met him during a game he and I played in together. Except my team was against his. I was 21 then.

I don't get along with any of the other staff members since none of them want to work nights. And now that I'm a manager it's my job to choose a third member to work nights with me when either Jericho or Callie can't make it. And between the two, Callie works more nights than Jericho due to his traveling team. But during off seasons, he takes up as many days as he can.

Anyways, I'm rambling. The night was decent thanks to them but it didn't exclude the exhaustion I felt after such a grueling Friday. And it was Friday the 13th too. Well now it was Saturday the 14th but you get what I mean.

As I allowed my body to settle into the couch, sleep not far behind me, there came a knock to my door. I groan.

But I don't get up, not yet. Because maybe I misheard and maybe there actually wasn't anyone at my door.

Knock knock knock

Okay yeah, no. Someone is definitely at my door. But why are they here so early in the fucking morning? I push myself up off the couch with a groan as my muscles and bones pop and click back into place.
