I woke up with the sunrise and the coos of the morning owl, feeling warmer than usual, and happier than usual.

Taehyung had clung to me throughout the entire night, and even though he snored like a banshee, I still wished I could have stayed wrapped up in him forever.

I pushed his arm away with a pout and sat upright, a sense of lightheadedness instantly coming over me. "Tae," I whispered, poking the butler's side.

But the man was miles and miles away, and seemed stuck in a wonderful dream that I wouldn't dare end.

I basked in the early morning sunrays for a few minutes, before deciding to scurry back to my room and pretend I hadn't spent the night in my butler's bed.

"Thank you for last night," I sang softly as I pecked Taehyung's temple with a smile. "You're an incredible friend."

I hopped out of bed and tip-toed out of the room with the stealth of a cat, but I could still feel my lightheadedness linger. The hallway was swaying a bit, and I grabbed to my forehead as I zig-zagged my way to the kitchen.

"Master Park?"

I turned around to see Yoongi behind me, leaving his bedroom with a puffy face and a serious frown. "You're up early. I haven't begun preparing breakfast yet."

"Oh, that's perfectly fine," I said, before the world suddenly darkened, and my knees gave out from underneath me.

Jin told me after I woke up beside Taehyung once again, that both the butler and I had caught a terrible cold.

I'd fainted and hit my head on the floorboards, but I was going to be fine according to the doctor and got away with nothing but a scratch.

It was however mandatory that Taehyung and I remained in his bedroom together and quarantined for at least three days, so that the virus wouldn't spread throughout the entire house.

"I'm sorry to keep you in such a small, dirty room, master Park, but it will be easier for us to keep an eye on you both if you're downstairs," Jin said, using a drying cloth to protect his nose and mouth.

I nodded, before sneezing so hard it felt like my soul escaped my body for a moment. "I understand," I said, wiping my runny nose. "We'll be fine, don't worry."

Jin gave me a curt smile, and glanced at Taehyung with a worried expression. "Try to rest," he said, opening the door to head out of the room. "I'll bring you two some soup later."

I groaned and tangled my fingers into my hair, knowing for a fact that I caused this stupid cold by going out into the freezing weather last night.

I looked over my shoulder when I heard a groan, and cupped Taehyung's cheek as he struggled to pry his eyes open. "Hghhgg," he grumbled, seeming like he wished to talk, but simply didn't have the strength to.

"I am a complete idiot," I whispered, frowning at the sick man. "I'm so sorry Tae, this is all my fault."

Taehyung hummed and leaned into my touch with a satisfied expression. "Sorry?" He asked, his voice sounding deeper than the Mariana trench. "What for?"

"Oh, I don't know, maybe the way you're literally dying right now?" I chuckled, petting the man's hair and raking my fingers through his long locks.
