Jayson's pov

I watched as the two grumpy werewolves stared and growled maliciously at each other, possibly ready to pounce at any moment.

Violet was about to interfere but I stopped her.

"Don't", we watched as both took turns growling at each other, neither of them wanted to give up. I could literally feel everyone's eyes on us, watching, I could also feel the tension in the air coming mostly from the Werewolves and Lycans.

'This is taking longer than it should. Oh no, this is probably not going to end well'

"Awuuuuuu" I heard a howl from my right... then my left... it was spreading like wildfire.

All Werewolves and Lycans where howling like crazy.

"What's happening?" Violet asked slightly frightened.

"They're both Werewolves," Pierce explained. "They are working out who's more dominant, it's kinda their thing." Pierce shrugged.

"What about the howling?" Violet asked.

"Turns out, they're both high rankers, and are probably bad at giving up. So it's kinda like a ritual... or something." I explained.

The more the howls became loud, the more tensed I became. I held my breath trying to suppress a growl that was building up in my chest.

'Don't growl, don't growl, don't growl' I thought as I took deep breaths.

It felt like my body was literally burning like the burning rage of a thousand suns.

"Sorry to intrude, but can you please not do this here?" A voice said. Looking forward, a woman stood at the center of the giant cafeteria.

She looked flawless in every way. Her golden eyes, olive skin, blonde hair that moved in unison with the wind and golden bird-like wings made people like myself look like demons beside her.

She's an Angel... no I'm serious, she's an actual Angel.

'I can't believe I'm seating this close to an Angel... well, hundred feet apart but still'

I've heard that Angels were the most majestic creatures in the world... well, other than Unicorns.

Not that they exist or anything.

'Where is that wind coming from?'

'Really? Do you always have to ruin the moment?' I scowled inwardly, 'but that's actually a really good question' I thought once I realized there was actually no wind coming from any direction.

The two werewolves hesitated for some minutes.

She arched her brow knowingly and they grumpily took their seats.

"Thank you" she smiled before looking around. "Good day to you all, I'm Principal Celeste and this is Vice principal Celia" she gestured to a lady beside her.

Vice principal Celia on the other hand had silver eyes that could probably scan someone's soul, gray long wavy hair... weird combo, I know! It makes here look like a black and white photo... well her tanned skin helped a little, it helped give her living vibes... if you know what I mean.

She bowed slightly in acknowledgement and her raven black sharp bird-like wings tucked themselves behind her. "We are pleased to have you here, it means a lot to we in the Diamond institution. We hope you abide to all our rules and regulations. Our house captains would lead you to your dorms shortly. As you can see, the kitchen has prepared some delicacies for you all" She smiled warmly all through her speech.
