AUTHOR'S POV:
Two years later!
"Finally you are done!" Niko got up from one of the hospital cum university bleachers seeing eda running out of the campus
"I am sorry" He dismissed her good for nothing apology with his hand, it's one of her habits to let him wait for hours outside her big ass campus, she don't do it on purpose though, she often forget time while reading in library or practicing on bodies in hospital.
"It's not new to me"
"Eww don't sound like a girl"
"I didn't sound in feminine"
"Oh yes you didn't" She mocked and both flew back to her penthouse in jet speed, it's already six thirty in the evening.
The door opened revealing naina
"How was your day darling?"
"Good aunt naina"
"How many times did I told you to not do things for me,there are people to do them" Eda pouted seeing a glass of green smoothie in naina's hand.
"You know I love to cook" Smiling she took the glass and started gulping the drink down her gut lazily on couch. "Where is uncle veer?"
"He isn't back yet" Nodding she turned on the TV.
It's been two years since she opened a new chapter in her life, Doctor of medicine. Her parents didn't let her stay here all alone for freaking three years so decided to send naina and veer along. Veer is the head security of their businesses in new york. Being typical indian parents they bought a big penthouse for the three, eda didn't complain about it cause she needed some old faces too.
"Did he call?"
"Nope" Her brows neared hearing an unfamiliar answer.
"Okay I will come out for dinner" Saying she went inside her room, it's a master bedroom with lavender walls and furniture in shades of purple. A drained sigh left past her thin lips, she stripped from her Jeans and shirt to put on a pair of pyjamas, then she hit the call button for daisy, her daughter. No blood relation, no nine months womb but the bond they share is so pure and heartwarming, she is seven now, eda can't believe her baby is growing so fast.
"How is my baby doing?" She cooed into the call
"Waiting for an athlet to lob me into your bedroom window" Her confusion broke and replaced with love for him.
"Is she back?"
"Yes, this afternoon and is waiting for you"
"Aww I too wanna come there but got busy at hospital, let's face time dev"
"At your service my queen" she sat up straight on bed to talk to her two loves oops sorry three loves.
"Hii there venus" She first cooed at the dog, he is so big now. Eventually through daisy the little guy started enjoying eda's company.
Venus is trying to put his front paws on screen but is failing miserably cause of his weight, it's a big challenge for his lazy ass.
"Aww my cute baby you missed mumma? I too missed you!"
"Daisy come on" She heard her fiance call their daughter.
"No I won't" A familiar yet sad pervasive voice caught her attention.
"Daisy mumma is sorry, come out baby" And the little girl appeared, stood very distant from the screen with an annoyed pout on her plump lips.
"You broke the promise" Daisy choked
