The Truth

"No one here can help you bullfighter." A deep voice said as suddenly wings spouted and they finally turned to reveal themselves as it was Vaatu the god of the land of forgotten in the chair of Raava causing Korra to look up.

"The land of remembrance has a new ruler and that is me." Vaatu said as he was eating the food causing all of Korra's family to gasp as they realized that Raava is missing, meanwhile Korra realized that it was the same person who granted her the wish to see Asami again.

"You again?" Korra said, confused. "But Raava would never leave us and be in your care." Unalaq said before Vaatu burped "She lost a bet." Vaatu said. "Huh, that sounds like something she would do." Unalaq said as he turned to his family.

"This land is finally mine all thanks to your Korra." Vaatu said, confusing her family and Korra. "What?!" Korra exclaimed. "Raava bet that Asami would marry you, I bet that Asami would marry Mako but now that your here that means Asami will marry Mako to protect his little brother and the city so I win." Vaatu said.

"No but Asami passed away. I saw her." Korra said before she suddenly remembered something important. "Oh no!" Korra exclaimed as she fell to her knees as Unalaq, her mother and cousins went to check on her meanwhile Vaatu realized that Korra figured out the truth.

"One snake bite seemly put her in a trance. My champion just woke the sleeping beauty up." Vaatu said as back in Republic City, Hiroshi,Mako and Bolin were there when Asami had woken up when Mako kissed her on the forehead but in actuality it was the medal of everlasting life that touched her arm causing her to wake up. "I'm I'm.." Asami said before Korra figured it out. "Alive" as her family gasped realizing she died for nothing. "One bite.. your snake it bit me twice you'll pay for this!!" Korra said angrily before Vaatu suddenly risen from the chair and started walking towards Korra as he started glowing black and green as he was now infront of her.

"In all my lifetime I've never seen anyone talk back to me so I ask you, are you threatening me?" Vaatu asked. "I will expose you to Raava and me and you will settle this." Korra said angrily as Unalaq and her mom try to hold her back. "Ha good luck she's in the land of forgotten. I should know I have ruled that land for eons." Vaatu said flecking Korra as she was sent flying back crashing into her uncle as she tried to catch her but failed as they were caught by Tauron as her mom checked on her. "Now if you excuse me I have a wedding to plan ciao!" Vaatu said immediately leaving and headed back to Republic City.

While this was happening back in the living world Tonraq was at the tree where Korra's body was left as he had set a little memoir dedicated to her as he was dealing with the grief and regret of her death. Meanwhile back at Sato's mansion Asami was still recovering and confused about what just happened trying to remember the last thing that she remembered before she woke up. "What happened?" Asami asked but one question immediately came to her mind as she sat up on her bed. "Wait, where's Korra?" She asked causing Mako to look away while Bolin slowly started crying. "I'm sorry Asami..Korra..Korra passed away." Mako said softly.

Causing Asami to gasp as she got up from her bed and slowly started crying. "No.it..can't..be." Asami said before looking at Bolin who was crying and nodded in agreement. "I..I'm so..sorry..Asami." Bolin said as he stood by her side as she hugged him which he reciprocated as Mako then joined them in the hug but was hesitant. "Asami we are all sorry Korra is gone but Mako just saved your life. This shows that he will protect you." Hiroshi said. "Hiroshi this isn't the time-"Bolin was gonna say but Hiroshi lightly shushed him.

"Please for republic city. marry him so he will stay." Hiroshi said as Asami was hesitant before asking Mako a question. "Will you stay in Republic City if I marry you?" Asami asked not looking at him as she was still grieving over the loss of her crush/friend. "Yes but you don't-" Mako said but was cut off by Asami. "Then I accept Mako's proposal." Asami said as vaatu was watching the whole thing. "Ah young love." Vaatu said before leaving.
