Chapter 9 - Cang Qiong Sect

The trip to whatever they're destination was, was a bit long, and Shen Yuan complained that he was being carried like a child. Luo Binghe kept sending him strange looks as well. Shen Yuan insisted on riding on a horse with Luo Binghe, which made Shen Jiu a bit more pissed off.

Face flushing pink, Luo Binghe swore that he was about to faint when Shen Yuan held onto him. Shen Yuan however was dumbfounded.

System, why do you keep giving me satisfaction points?

So that is the Luo Binghe I met before? And what's with the emoji thing?

After receiving an answer from the system, Shen Yuan smirked mischievously as he saw the satisfaction points start rolling in. He was making up for lost time.

Ming Fan kept sending Luo Binghe dirty looks and Shen Jiu or now Shen QingQiu kept peeking out of the carriage to see what was happening.

Since he became bored, the former brothel worker began to start a conversation with Luo Binghe and Ning YingYing. It went a little bit like this.

Shen Yuan: "So... where are we going?"

Ning YingYing: "We're going to Cang Qiong!"

Shen Yuan: "Okay then..."

Ning YingYing: "So Shizun seems to know you, but where from?"

Shen Yuan: "Didn't you hear our conversation? We're brothers."

Luo Binghe paled.

Shen Yuan: "Binghe, are you okay?"

Luo Binghe: "Y-Yep..."

Eventually, they all arrived at Cang Qiong Sect after a while. Shen QingQiu whisked Shen Yuan off to another Peak, all the while passers-by were whispering to each other.

Shen Yuan was brought into some sort of hospital wing, a man who looked to be a medic or doctor saw this and their expression became dumbfounded. The doctor person walked over to an annoyed-looking Shen Jiu/Shen QingQiu.

Zoning out, the younger Shen began to stare at the wall and was a bit confused when he was brought over to a bed.

The doctor person, as Shen Yuan found out, was Mu Qingfang, and he was pretty nice. He did a lot of check-ups and thankfully, there wasn't too much wrong, except for a small amount of unknown qi in his body. That's weird.

Once all the check-ups were done, the transmigrator was finally allowed to go to Qing Jing Peak. He'd been waiting for this moment his entire two lives.

Unfortunately, he wasn't allowed to see the Peak just yet, and he was brought straight to Shen QingQiu's bamboo hut.

Nope, nope, nope, nope. Get me the fuck out. This is where the torture for Luo Binghe started, I don't wanna be here!

Shen Yuan pouted as he was told to go change into Qing Jing's uniform, but he still did as he was told. It was pretty weird looking in his opinion. However, he had second thoughts when he saw how he looked.

He looked rather decent.

Slowly walking out of the bamboo hut to find wherever Shen Jiu went, Shen Yuan decided to have a small look around. Time for a personal tour, literally. The now confused on what they are Shen began to look around the massive peak, even watching some disciples train from afar.

Shen Yuan walked for a bit more, and then he finally found his older brother, who was telling off some disciples with a sneer on his face. A mischievous smirk again made its way onto the troublemaker Shen's face, he bolted over and tackled Shen Jiu, hugging him from behind and making both of them fall to the ground.

The disciples gasp and Shen Jiu grunts as he tries to get up, Shen QingQiu stands up and turns his head to face Shen Yuan, who only smiles innocently at him. Groaning, the tired Peak Lord decides to just leave it and turn back to the flabbergasted disciples and go back to scolding them. The younger Shen peeked over his brother's shoulder to take a look at the people he was telling off, and to no surprise whatsoever, Binghe was standing there along with Ming Fan. Raising a brow, Shen Yuan gave the two a questioning look before trying to listen to what Shen QingQiu was saying. 

"You two have caused Qing Jing some face for fighting with Bai Zhan's disciples in front of nearly everyone, what do you have to say for yourselves!" Shen Jiu shouted, but not loud enough for most people to hear. Luo Binghe and Ming Fan gave their Shizun guilty looks, "We're sorry Shizun," they said in unison. Rolling his eyes, Shen QingQiu was about to speak but Shen Yuan cut in, "Jiu-Ge, what're you doing?" 

Shen QingQiu explained to his younger brother what happened, making Shen Yuan slightly annoyed, he then told Shen Jiu to just let it go as the two who fought had every right to do so. Sighing, the tired Peak Lord gave in to his brother's rant about the situation and dismissed his disciples.
