Faith

Brooklyn's Pov

I walk into first period which is English. I'm like the 4th person in that class. I sit down in my seat and wait for Faith.

I've liked her since I've seen her in the office. I'm finally going to ask her out on a date. I really don't know what to do for this date but hopefully Vanessa will help me out.

Faith finally walks in class and she sits down next to me. "Hey Faith." I say to her. She smiles at me and says, "Hey Brooklyn." and leans in to hug me. I hug her back and finally spit it out.

"So Faith I was just uh, wondering if you wanna do something later." She starts to turn pink. Did I make her blush?

"Are you asking me out?" That smile just gets bigger. "Yeah, but you don't have to go if you don't want to." I say to her. "No, I want to. It sounds fun." She says to me. "Ok, I'll call you." I say to her and we start on our class work.

Once Class is over we walk out of the class together and we hug before we go our seperate ways. I walk towards Vanessa since she always waits for me down the hall.

"Hey bro, how was English?" She asks me and we start to walk towards the group. "Boring, but I got a date." I say and blush looking up at her. "You got a date?" She says stopping. "Yeah." I say nervously. "With Faith?" She asks and I respond by nodding.

"Aw that's cute. So what are you gonna do for your date." She says and we start walking again. "Hmmm I don't know. I was hoping you would give me ideas." I say to her.

"Hmm, what about a movie?" She says sitting down at the table. "A movie on a Monday night. I don't think so." I say sitting down next to her. She laughs and I smile. "Alright what about bowling." She says looking at me. "Yeah that sounds cool." I smile.

"There's a bowling alley not far from the house. I'll take you guys or you can ask th chauffer, if you want." "Yeah I'd rather ask the chauffer, because you'd probably embarrass me." "Yeah I probably would." she smiles and I laugh.

After School

We finally make it home after picking up Cruz and Romeo. I run upstairs to my room, so I can get ready, for my date with Faith. I go in the bathroom in my room.

I undress myself and get in the shower. I shampoo and condition my hair. I wash my body and finish my shower. I wrap a towel around my waist and walk into my room.

"Vanessa!" I yell out for her. I can hear her run upstairs and then I hear a knock on my door. I unlock the door and let her in. "What's up." She syas to me. "I need your help." I sigh. "Alright, I got you. Don't worry." She says walking into my closet. "We definitely need to go shopping for you." Vanessa says and comes out with clothes in her hands.

"How's this?" She says as she lays down the clothes on my bed. "It's good. Thank you sister." I said kissing her head. "No problem, bro." She says walking out and closing the door.

Vanessa got out a black long sleeve, button up shirt and some tan khakis. She also pulled out a nice black V-neck sweater with Gray sleeves.

I put on all my clothes and finally put on some deodorant and some cologne. Got to smell good for Faith. I go to the bathroom and start blow drying my hair. I start combing it as it dries. It gets fluffy and soft. I put on a black snap back on. I walk downstairs and walk up to Vanessa and the boys. They're in the living room playing Monopoly.

"Damn Brook, you look hella good. I wonder who dressed you." Vanessa smirks as she looks up from the game. As she says that, it causes my two younger brothers to look up aswell. "Where are you going?" Cruz says. "He's going on a date." Vanessa smiles. "Ew, With a girl?" Cruz asks. "Yeah with a girl." I laugh. The two younger ones make disgusted faces and continue to play the game.
