I opened the door to my apartment only to see someone in a Ghostface costume. I furrowed my eyebrows, "Really? You made a whole big deal about me not knowing what your Halloween costume was until today just for you to be Ghostface?" I asked my boyfriend.

He sighed, taking off his mask, his dark purple hair now a mess from the mask, "And what are you?" Heeseung asked me.

"Betty Boop." I answered, stepping back to show him my outfit, which was a tight fitted short red dress, black heels, and a black garter with a red heart on it. I also had on a wig that matched her hairstyle and some makeup.

"Who even is that?" Heeseung asked as he walked into my apartment and shut the door behind him, locking it.

I gasped, "You don't know Betty Boop?" I asked, mouth open in an 'O' shape as I immediately took out my phone and searched her up to show my boyfriend a picture of her.

He looked down at the picture of the cartoony character. He then looked at me, "I was kidding. I do know who she is." Heeseung reveals. I rolled my eyes. "I just wanted to make sure I was right about her looking much better than you." He teases.

I dramatically gasped, "Wow. Fine, then go date her." I said, not being serious, knowing that we were just joking around. "You know what," I looked down at my phone again and searched up a photo of Billy Loomis from Scream, "he looks much better than you." I then told Heeseung, who looked down at my phone.

He then suddenly snatched my phone out of my hand, swiping out of Google and shutting my phone off. "No more." Heeseung told me.

I giggled before walking off to my room, my heels clanking on the wood floor. I went to check how I looked in my full-length mirror, and as I was doing so, Heeseung walked behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist.

He kissed the side of my neck a few times before looking at me through the mirror, "In all seriousness, you look beautiful." Heeseung tells me. "Much better than Betty Boop." He adds on.

I felt my face heat up at his words, smiling as I looked at him through the mirror, "Well, you look much better than any of the Ghostfaces ever could." I told my boyfriend.

"I know." Heeseung cockily responded.

I playfully side eyed him as I now turned to face him, "I love you." I told him.

"I love you too." Heeseung said back with a wide smile.

He then leaned down and kissed me for a few moments before pulling away, "Now, come on. Don't wanna be late to the party, do we?" He says, stealing one more quick kiss before leading out of my room. I left out the front door without a thought as Heeseung grabbed my phone off of the counter for me so that I didn't forget it before following behind me.
