A few weeks have passed since their encounter with Issei Hyoudou and his grand reveal of the Universe Beyond and the Source Wall, it shattered the very foundations of the viewers present. Especially Ozpin's who was now worried about the escaped being heading to Remnant, they neither had the power to stop or defeat whoever this being was. 

The concerns were also spread to Jaune, who just wanted to live a normal life, away from anything or something that troubles him in any way. He was overseeing a huge building that was starting to be built. He knew why he was building this, thanks to the money he had in the system. He started building a company building which would serve as his headquarters. 

The reason Jaune was able to focus on his Company Building was because it was the Summer Break and the End of the First Semester, a lot has happened since. He managed to get back into Beacon, reunite with his lover, help her settle down, as well as get her revenge against the ones that destroyed her childhood and family. He soon confronted his clan and officially refused to associate with them ever again. 

Soon enough, someone came into the surroundings, Jaune turned around to see his girlfriend Yuri, who wore a white sleeveless shirt and jeans, additionally her hair was tied in a ponytail, which showed her white and black combination of hair. 

Yuri: Say, Jaune. How is the construction going on?

Jaune: *looks at the building* It is going fine for now, I'd give it a month or two for the building to get ready. If I get more cement or glass manufacturers to develop more glass or cement needed for the building. It may happen quicker..

Yuri: I see...well if you need any help, I would be glad to help you Jaune..

Jaune looked at her and gave a small smile, however Yuri noticed it was fake, she had a feeling why it was fake, as she asked with a tone full of concern. 

Yuri: Jaune, what is wrong? Why are you giving me a fake smile?

Jaune looked at her and spoke

Jaune: No, it's nothing....I am fine...

Jaune did not want Yuri to worry for him, however Jaune noticed her growing frustrated as she spoke with an annoyed yet soothing tone. 

Yuri: Jaune, listen! You must tell me your issues, I want to help you, but if you won't tell me, how will I help you...I can see it in your face when your expression is fake and when you are truly happy. So now, please tell me the issue?

Jaune took a deep breath and spoke

Jaune: Nothing gets past you, doesn't it...

Yuri gave a small smile, however it was genuine as she nodded, Jaune then spoke

Jaune: I am not going to lie, I am concerned...

Yuri: About what? The being that escaped from the Source Wall?

Jaune: Yeah...I am deeply concerned, I don't want him to come here, I am not going to lie. I want a peaceful life away from those that want us to suffer, that is all I wanted even in the old timeline. But, you know how things went right....
