The Final Sentence

I step into the court knowing I am giving the maximum amount of years to Elena Lincoln. Four life sentences for the murders to be served consecutively. That's just in this trial, her other trial is over and the sentencing was maximum as well. They compiled the other trials in several parts and it was taking up a lot of court time. Her assets were frozen to assure the victims were compensated for all they suffered. Talk about long lists of victims. Then they have the trials of the people in power who helped her get away with things all the time she lived here in Seattle.

Elena
I am sitting here in chains on my wrists around my body and down to my ankles and around my ankles. I have to shuffle around and this orange jumpsuit does nothing for me. I look at the jury and then the judge, the one that refused to talk to me at all when I tried to get him interested in a bribe. I can't imagine that anyone will talk to me now. My attorney was allowed to terminate his position as my attorney because I can't pay him for his services and he can't afford to defend me for free. A public defender was appointed to take over the new cases. My attorney quite after the last trial was over. I am now the murderer of two couples who left a child an orphan and I was guardian to one of them. Now they will know that I molested both girls and boys and sold them into slavery after training them sexually. So before I am even in the van to be taken back to my prison cell I am beat up. I need medical attention once I get there. I wasn't the only one who was beaten up either. They fix me up in the infirmary and release me back to my cell. I have black eyes and bruises but nothing that needs to be looked after by a stay in the infirmary.

I had no doubt that she was keeping a lot hidden from me after seeing the news reports. Because I kept a private residence in Seattle and Christian came to me about things that he wanted so he could get away from her. I wished I had gotten him completely a2ay from that vile person. She was his legal guardian and by rights she could keep him after the divorce according to my attorney, so I waited for him to ask to be emancipated and signed the documents to free him from her clutches. I tricked her into signing guardianship over to me so I could get him out of there and I did. I wished I had taken him away from her from day one. He told me that I did what I could and because I signed all the papers to get him into all the activities I kept him away from her clutches. We stay in contact with each other. He is like the son we were expecting and she deliberately lost him. The ER doctor told me if he could prove it he would have had her arrested for killing her unborn baby by stabbing herself in her stomach. He said the knife hit the babies throat. It was like she knew exactly where it's throat was. The baby bled out before they could deliver him via c section. The doctor did call the cops, but Elena wasn't charged, so I protected Christian as much as I could by any means I could. Now I find out she had his parents killed along with another couple. Her reasons were brought out in court about the Grey's and the Steele's getting suspicious about her activities with young children and teens. Elena was being followed. Apparently she was discovered alone with each of their children and she was about to do something to them. It was apparently obvious. The couples were meeting in the place they died at to discuss what they found out. The bomb went off when the car doors opened up. They never delivered the evidence to the police. She couldn't find the evidence in their homes.

Four life sentences doesn't bring my parents back or Anastasia's parents either. We came for the sentencing and victim impact statements were given by me and Anastasia. Both of us had powerful comments towards Elena. She sat there and rolled her eyes at most of our comments.

Christian had to live with this monster. He could have been molested abused and sold by her or made into her sex slave. I met her ex husband Richard and he apologized for not doing more to get Christian away from her. Had he known about the dungeon and the children and teens she was harming and selling he would have stopped her antics by calling the police on her. They stopped living together after she killed their unborn child with a knife through her stomach. Who does things like that? Insane people that's who. Lewis Hyde turned out to be Jack Hyde's father. He placed the bomb that killed four people and created orphans. He plead guilty on all four counts and got thirty years for his testimony against Elena. Harriet Hyde finally drank herself to oblivion. That was after Jack aged out of the system. No one has heard from him since then. Theresa has photos of him and he has disappeared from the face of the earth. No job, no residence and nothing since he left foster care getting into a rolls Royce in front of his last foster home. That's all the information they have. No one missed him so no police report about him missing was ever filed. Christian said Elena is one of the many people who owns a rolls Royce in Seattle. It could be anyone at this point. He might have left the country and changed his name as well.

Elena
I am laying down on my bunk when I feel something strange and I turn and I am dragged from my bunk by someone I know won't allow me to live. I watch as four women tear off all my clothing. The look in Callie's face tells me she wants my death and I would want me dead to. She had a broomstick broken into pieces and she has me tied to my bed and I watch in horror as she walks towards me with my legs spread wide open she pushes the broom into me until I pass out.

We leave Elena tied to the bed after we take turns doing to her what she did to our sons and daughters. I am already on death row for killing the man who bought my poor son. I saved him, but he has never been the same and is in a psychiatric hospital because of Elena. The others daughters were also victims of this bitch from hell. She going to meet me in hell and I hope I am holding the thing that tortures her for eternity.

We have discovered that Elena Lincoln was found dead in her jail cell. An investigation is going about how she died. We can't confirm it but word is that she was tortured to death and they have no idea who did it or what they used on her.
