People really don't know how easy it is to find out who is behind the scenes of some incredible headlines released to the public. I found Simarian Davis and found out who gave her the files on the Steele's and The Grey's deaths and the lives destroyed by their deaths along with everything that happened to their small children. I handed mr Grey and his attorneys everything that I found including Kate Kavanagh handing files over to Davis in an Internet cafe close to her office. They are suing her and so is Miss Steele. The story is down and the newspaper is apologizing for printing the story. They are being sued by numerous people. I gave all the evidence to mr Grey and his attorneys and a copy of everything to miss Steele's attorneys as well.

I was served by two different people and I am being sued because they found out about my participation in the articles about Miss Steele and Mr Grey. I called dad and he called his attorneys. After all he was the one who told me to give the files to Davis. So he is going to cover my attorney fees and the money I am sued for. This is going to come out in the news we need to try to settle with them out of court.

I call the attorneys and our insurance company about the law suit and if we are covered. I have my contingency fund for situations like this. I had Kate do this and I have only myself to blame for it. So I am going to get Davis involved as well. I won't be doing this again. Not in the same way. Kate told me she won't be involved in this kind of thing again because she doesn't want sued. She said Simarian has been identified and she gave us up as the ones who asked her to publish the stories on Grey and Steele. She got caught by a hacker. It was unfortunate that she was caught, but Barney Miller from GEH was the one who found her and traced the files back to us and eventually put it together that Kate and I were behind it. They want twenty million dollars each, like they need the money. My attorneys want it settled quietly and they are trying to negotiate with them at this point. My attorneys got answer to their settlement agreement and they settled for half of what they were suing for and our insurance paid it quickly. We had to agree not to write anything about either of them. Miss Steele and mr Grey both had me and Kate agree to never write a story including them in any way. We had to sign a document each and on behalf of Kavanagh Media. It is hard but we have to keep away from anything about them at all. Everything was signed and we can no longer write articles about Miss Steele or mr Grey. Kavanagh Media can never write articles about them ever. So I have to call meetings along with sending memos telling everyone to keep mr Grey and Miss Steele out of their articles for good.

Seeing the articles on me and Christian really made me mad, I file a law suit against Kate, Eamon and Kavanagh Media for publishing an article they were told not to. It might not have been in their paper but Christian found out that Kate Kavanagh had someone write it after giving them the files on us. Christian had his IT genius find out who released the articles and went after her.

I told Anastasia what Barney found out and we both filed a law suit against the Kavanagh's and Kavanagh Media for publishing an unauthorized article about us.they included facts they shouldn't have and could get appeals started so the criminals might get a new trial or they had their sentences reversed. They can't have that happen because they are all guilty of what they were found guilty of in the trials. Plus not all the victims have survived for various reasons. Anastasia and I decided to make sure the victims that are still alive get most of the money we got from the  Kavanagh's.

The money was given to us and we reached out to the victims and sent them each a cashiers check. We discovered that recently they were sent money from the estate of Elena Lincoln's from what she had asset wise. Christian apparently was named in the will. He inherited all her estate after they unfroze her estate. No one had sued the estate, but they were given a sum of the cash she had when she passed away. It must have been a lot of money for them all to get a sizable check from her estate.

Eamon
I hated having to sign an agreement about not writing any more about Mr Grey and Miss Steele ever again because they are newsworthy. We definitely aren't doing this again. It was me who pressured Kate to do this and gave her Davis's name and how to get hold of her. I told her from now on if someone doesn't want her to write about them, then don't even though I pressure her. I told not to have someone write the story anyway. Our insurance has been raised and if it happens again we will lose our insurance.

Kate
Dad had a talk with me and told me he was sorry that he pushed me into getting the stories out and he won't do it again no matter what. I felt relieved because it made me feel guilty doing it and I felt so dirty because of how it affected the victims. I knew some of these people and went to school with some of them. I had no idea how much they were suffering and had no idea some were sold and some were killed by who knows who at this point.
