I am standing looking at the latter that Kate has just handed me. It is from an attorney named James Faraday. He wants to go over his clients will with Kate, but fails to mention the clients name in the letter. Kate wants me to go with her because she has no idea why an attorney wants to see her.

Kate
A letter from an attorney wanting to see me has me frightened after the letters concerning the law suit regarding the articles Simarian Davis wrote for me. We are escorted into the attorneys office two days later.

I am looking at Kate Parker and she looks nothing like Bunny Phelps. She has a different mother. Their father is the same person. A paternity test was ran and Eamon was Bunny's biological father. Bunny left everything to Kate the only blood relative left alive. We spent years trying to figure out who Bunny's father really was. After that we had DNA tests run on Eamon and Kate Kavanagh. Bunny found a way to get it without alerting them to it. She was determined to make sure the Phelps estate was given to a sibling of hers and not the money hungry Phelps vultures. I was her mother's attorney and I made sure she inherited all Phelps worldly possessions. When her mother died shortly after Phelps died everything went to Bunny. Her mother was married to Phelps for financial reasons. They thought that she had killed Phelps, but they found evidence to the contrary. Her mother died of a brain aneurysm and her alibi was that she was in the hospital have surgery when her husband was killed. Now I am here for the reading of the will. I seriously doubt that mrs Parker will want the ashes of Elena Lincoln or the ashes of her doppelgänger.

Kate
I am dumbfounded that Bunny Phelps was my half sister. It makes me wonder if there are any others out there related to me. She died of brain cancer and made sure she left everything she had to me. We are listening the whole list of what possessions she left me. We walk out of the attorneys office billionaires and keys to all kinds of places and things. Her ashes were already disposed of she ordered rings with her ashes as the stones to certain individuals who was expecting to be in her will. They were men and women. We were given no rings with her ashes. The jewelry she had was family pieces that were passed down generations. Some were very expensive pieces that matched and were from famous designers. We had to buy a safe before we could bring the items home with us. The furs I inherited were sent to auctions. We donated the money from the sale to animal shelters.

The Phelps mansion was a plantation and employees were waiting for the heir to arrive. I can't see keeping it even if it was in pristine condition. It is just not something that I want to keep considering what it represents. I got a surprising offer from one of the employees who had wanted to purchase it along with other employees and create a museum/ resort. So I sold it to them and they were able to get a very nice loan to pay me the full amount I wanted.

Mom and dad thought Kat was stupid for selling the plantation house for the mount she did instead of keeping it in the family. She had her very good reasons for selling it and it was because of the history that she sold it to the employees who ran it and lived there. Some were descendants of the original residents of the place. It was a way to make amends for her ancestors behavior. The amount of the sale was to be kept quiet. The employees paid a penny each for a share in the property. Fifty employees paid a penny each to buy the place. It was well maintained and taxes were paid to date. Utilities were paid in full along with a full year of insurance. We were glad it was finally turned over to the fifty employees.

Elliott
I normally don't like to get involved in my children's business, but that inheritance was troubling in a lot of ways and I voiced my opinion on it. Camille thinks that selling the plantation was a mistake. I felt it was a good decision to sell it and selling it to the employees was the best idea. Kate showed a lot of respect for the employees by selling it to them for the amount she did.

Camille
Elliott, Elliott jr. and Kate were crazy for thinking selling that plantation for fifty cents total. Each of the fifty employees paid a penny for their share. The personal possessions of the Phelps were removed by the estate manager and given to Kate. A few antiques were removed and placed in a special storage to keep them safe. Kate gave me a jewelry from the estate that was very expensive. It was emerald and diamond, ring, bracelets, earrings, necklace and a tiara. It was insured for 10 million dollars. Kate made sure it stayed insured.

Mia was not happy about not getting the set mom was given of the jewelry. Kate gave her a set that was not as expensive and paid the insurance on it. It was insured for five million dollars for the set. Barney told her to grow up or give the jewelry back. She grew up when it came to this subject. Mia also asked for other things as well. Barney had a long talk with her and told her greedy is not a good look on her.

Mia
Why did Kate inherit the Phelps estate of all people. I work hard keeping my business going. Barney makes great money at GEH and has patents on various things and software. Kate inherited the Kavanagh estate and the Phelps estate. I heard about what she inherited in both cases because mom and dad asked about it all. Barney told me to be happy with my own life and stop being jealous because it's just not healthy.
