I was thrilled to win the award and I had a great time, but now I have to live up to expectations for better things and can't seem to find much to be enthusiastic about. Dad told me that this is the life of a journalist and that I will always be trying to find the next great story, but won't find greatness in every story. I can write about things in a way that draws interest to my story though. He decides to show me a story that mist would see the headlines and blow it off, but if you get past the initial headline it is heart wrenching and worthy of reading. The headline was Sunshine And Daisies, so I thought it would be a hokey story. It wasn't at all, it started off cheerful and drew you in and made you cry at what was the end of a tragic event. I had to cry in the restroom because the Sunshine and Daisies were the last wish of a child to see and die outside with both being her last view. Her family spent their last dime to make it happen for her.

I kept that story and brought it out to show people that we can't judge a story by it's title. I found out who the story was written about and helped them bury this young girl and saw to it she was buried where the sun hit and had daisies on her grave and a sun and daisies on her headstone. Donations were given to see to it she had those things. We also helped her family financially. They have started a kind of charity that helps make dying peoples dreams come true. They do that on a voluntary basis while working full time jobs. We never released the family's name or the child's name. We rarely get involved with things like this, but we did in this case. The writer of the story was the child. Her parents submitted it just before her death. I printed it with a photo of a sunny day and a vase of daisies. We kept the names private,  it we insisted on helping them out and they finally took the offer of the headstone, burial and the daisies for their daughter and nothing else. I ask to print the story every year on the date of her death, they agreed in writing.

Dad gave me an idea for my next story. I had wondered why he ran that story every year now I know why. I never read it until today. So I dig into my notes and I find what I wanted and put together a human interest story that will make a difference in lives. Dad looks it over and was resistant at first, but he agrees to send it to print. I used the story of Emerson Collins and my mom and brothers untimely death and why. It was written from my viewpoint. I was again given an award for the story. I still want to get Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey's story from them. They refuse to talk about that part of their lives.

Christian
Kate Kavanagh is like a dog with a bone trying to get me to tell her my story after my parents were killed. She is harassing Anastasia as well. We are both standing our ground. I just don't want to go back to those days or memories and I don't want pity.

Anastasia
I refuse to discuss my days in foster care ever, I was already called to testify about foster care and what happened to me and what I did to Jack Hyde to prevent from being his rape victim. That would resurface and it would bring attention to his victims and I refuse to open those wounds for them. I reached out and helped a few of them get back to living life without guilt and fear. I donated money to women's shelters and rape victims of all ages. Miss Kavanagh was very persuasive and persistent, but I was firm in my stance on this and I sent a letter via my attorneys to assure she understands not to use any of my life's story for a story at all. It was notarized and sent by courier and she had to read and sign acknowledging receipt of the letter. We got the signed receipt back and it is with the folder with the letter. My attorney also sent a similar letter to Eamon Kavanagh and had him sign for it. He was well aware what we were asking. Christian decided to do the same thing.

I called Kate and asked her if she got a notarized letter from Miss Steele and Mr Grey forbidding her to write any stories involving them at all. She said she had and she wouldn't be writing anything about them at all, but something tells me that she is going get the story out there even if she didn't write it. I know this trick because I have used it and I have been able to win law suits filed against me and the paper. We have someone we know that has a tendency to use the freedom of speech nonsense to a crazy degree. Kate has already sent out the information she has under an anonymous email to this individual and let's them release what story he or she is compelled to write.

Everything was sent to the writer and it didn't take long that everything hit the headlines and I got a call that I directed to our attorneys. We can't be sued because we didn't write the stories about either of them. The Internet cafes were where I had a mail clerk go and send the files to the unknown writer who will write their stories about what they endured and how and why. Plus the who as well caused it. Then we found out Jack Hyde son of Lewis Hyde was just as bad as his parents.
