Touma encounters

After a long day of school an unfortunate boy goes home. His teacher had given him extra homework, due to him missing classes often.

"such misfortune," Touma thought as his shoulders slump while walking back home. The glutinous nun back home had finished everything in the fridge, so he has to go to the supermarket to restock the food he lost. Sadly the boys misfortune will prove to be more than troublesome in accomplishing a simple task such as this.

"Bang," a speeding red blur collided with Touma causing him to fall. After finally regaining his senses , Touma opened his eyes to see a girl on top of him. Her face is red. For some reason Touma had the feeling that this girl was quite innocent no the better word would be idealistic?. She was quite a cute girl though thought Touma, as he blushed realizing that she was on top of him.

"Sorry!" Ruby exclaimed while jumping of Touma. She rammed into him without noticing afterall.

"Its fine I should be the one apologising to you ,wait your not going attack me are you."  Says Touma while taking a step back and proceeding to raise his right  hand in self-defence.

"Uhh...no why would I?" says Ruby in confusion. She knows that it was just accident. Was he actually used to things going that way Ruby wondered. "Oh right sorry about the crash, here let me help you up".

"Thanks," Touma says while scratching his head. He didn't expect this to happen. Normally he would encounter, who would attack him immediately afterwards. Maybe this encounter won't be that bad as other encounters have been. Touma has a feeling that something is going to go wrong.

"I'm Ruby Rose!! a huntress in training," says ruby with a bright smile."Ah right do you have have any idea where beacon academy is?. If I don't get back soon Yang will go beserk".

"Beacon academy sorry  I haven't heard of it." Touma shrugs. What did she mean by being a huntress. Does that mean that the academy trains her to hunt for food in the wild or something?.

"What? you don't know about  about beacon!!." Ruby exclaimed causing Touma to close his ears." It's the best school in Vale that trains hunters  to protect the world from grim. "

Grim?, Protectors?, Vale?, a school that trains them?. What was this girl saying Touma wondered, as he started questioning if this girl has been playing to much fantasy rpgs. Although considering the crazy things out there in both the magic and science side..... well he didn't want to think about it.

"Ok ok I get it its some good school but what are you saying there is no Grim or  hunters needed to protect the world." Touma says answers while looking puzzled, which shocks Ruby ." Also this isn't Vale miss this is Academy city".

"What you haven't heard of hunters!! or grim have you uhh... have you been living under a rock?". Ruby questioned not intending to insult him, as she is just confused overall. Ruby is bad at socialising with others.

"No I haven't and what your saying is something out of a fantasy rpg" Touma shouts in response." Don't tell me your one of those chuunibyou's who believes manga characters are real.

"Of course not... I  don't really know what that is but, anyways do grim and hunters really not exist". Ruby says while trying to appease the annoyed person who sighs in exasperation wondering why he couldn't just have a regular high school boys life.

"Yes there is no such thing ah but just so you know this place is called academy city it has most advanced technology in the world". Touma answers, while looking at the still puzzled Ruby before deciding to offer some help. "Well seeing as your unfamiliar with the place I could show you around if you want".

"Oh really thanks  Touma, Ruby says while smiling happily which causes Touma to look away. She looks cute Touma thought, as he looked away a bit.
