Dedication

This was a side project I started late my freshman year in highschool, something to take up time when I had extra to spare. However, now it has become something more. I am now in my junior year, with a hell of a lot of writing left in me, not just for this, but hopefully for other books as well. I never expected this to be something other people would actually see and enjoy, but now hat it is, I feel I should give credit to the ones who helped me make this what it is and will be.

Firstly I would like to say thank you to Mrs. Sergeeva, my English teacher who helped me get started on this book. If you ever see this I want you to know that your help on this work has been priceless, and I value your friendship to the highest degree.

Second I want to thank my mother who, along with always encouraging my hobby of writing, is also my editor/proofreader. Thank you so much for always being there for me and taking an interest in my hobbies.

Lastly, but most certainly not least, I want to give thanks to WatcherWraith , who since the beginning, has taken an interest in reading and commenting on every single chapter I write. Thank you, and though I may never meet you in real life, I think of you as my friend and ally.

And to everyone who reads this story, know that I feel a kinship with you, and I love you, no matter your age, gender, ethnicity, or anything else. Because through Middle-Earth, we connect. We share a love of this world, and all the characters within it. We share a bond, whether it be from the books, movies, or games. A bond that can never be shaken, not by the eruption of Orodruin, nor even by the power of the One Ring, for those things are what bind us together as fans of LotR and Middle-Earth. 15 years I have walked this earth, and that is only the start of my time to walk among such excellent and admirable people such as yourselves.
