i just wanna say thank you for choosing to read this story.
jake and johnnie have been rotting my brain for the past few weeks, so i'm dropping this abomination upon the world.
before we begin, i would like to preface this with a few things!
1. this is purely a work of fiction!!! any portrayals of people in this story do not reflect my views on them in real life.
2. idk if this is necessary as it's just a fanfic and should go without saying, but i would also like to mention that anything about a person in this story that is not accurate to them in real life is NOT an assumption about them and just something i've decided to put to drive my writing further.
3. i adore johnnie and jake's friendship, and am writing this in a mostly unserious way. i do not genuinely ship them. this fic is being written purely for fun.
4. obviously, since this is a fan fiction, events are not going to be fully accurate and only very loosely based around real things.
5. i will try to add content warnings to the beginning of each chapter containing them, however this story will include references to:

6. story is written from the 3rd person. idk first person stuff with all these pov switches are an ick for me (still gonna read them tho tbh)
