Rimuru woke up the night before Tanjiro wakes up. After getting something to eat she passed by Tanjiro's room where she heard Inosuke trying to wake him up. Rimuru joined Inosuke on the ceiling because she thought it would be funny to scare the next person to pay Tanjiro a visit.
