Later on that same day, Saffie and Ben were in the physio room. She was checking out this new knee injury he had sustained, "Yeah this looks really bad ben, you're gonna be out for months." The girl said as she continue to examine what had gone wrong.
"What? Why? My knee is fine, see" Ben decided to get up and try and walk as he walked a couple of steps he winced in pain and sat back down again. "See?" Saffie asked him, "You're not okay Ben, you need a lot of rest." Ben pulled Saffie closer as the pairs lips met, their tongues intertwining with eachother when Saffie received a phone call, she picked up her phone, looked who it was, then put it down again.
Ben took his shirt off and Saffie was kissing along his collar bone, small yet sloppy kisses when a knock was heard at the door. "Come in!" Saffie shouted as she fixed her hair and put Ben's shirt back on.
"Oh- I- Um-" It was Joao. He left almost as quickly as he had entered. "No Joao wait," The girl followed him out and he turned around. "You didn't see anything did you?" Saffie asked him.
He shook his head, "You didn't pick up my calls, Saff. I called you three times, I thought something serious had happened."
"I'm sorry I was just sorting Ben out" Saffie told him apologetically.
"That's okay." The boy spoke. "I was just a bit worried." He didn't know why he was worried, he's literally got a girlfriend. Oh fuck it. "You know Ive got a bit of an injury on my lip." He pointed to his busted lip.
"Oh my God Joao that's really bad! How did you do that?" The girl asked, full of concern.
"I had a fight, but I know how to fix it, well maybe." He said, the pair holding extremely strong eye contact. He looked down at Saffie examining her every feature like a hawk.
"Anything you nee-" Saffie was broken off by Joao placing one hand on her waist, and the other on her neck. His lips met hers and it was as if there was nobody else around them, just the two of them in their own world. Saffie ran her hands through his slightly sweaty hair as she kissed him back, passionately.
This kiss didn't last long. Ben stormed out of the physio room, well the best he could. He saw Joao's name on her phone and them kissing as he took a photo. They soon broke apart and all Joao could see from the far end of the corridor was Mason leaning against a wall, watching the two of them.
Mason was, sceptical to say the least. This Portuguese fella had been here, what 4, 5 days? Not nearly enough time to be kissing his sister that's for sure.
