Several Weeks later...
Yuuki Residence
Goku awoke and noticed that it was still dark outside. He tried uselessly to fall back to sleep for close to half an hour before realizing that it was useless.
'Great. Up before the sun is. I hate getting up early,' he groaned to himself before slipping on his gi case and heading for the door, deciding that he might as well train if he was going to be up this early.
The thing is his weighting clothing felt a little light for him. Goku then realized would have to up the weight sooner or later. Maybe Sainan had a weight shop he could look at. If he got money to by some weights with that is. The young saiyan stretched out and began to run through some basic exercises as a warm-up. It didn't take long before he easily flipped himself into an easy handstand then took his left hand and put it behind his back. From there, he started bobbing up and down in unmistakably veritcal push-ups.
Mikan was the next to wake up, though much later than Goku had. The sun was bathing the room in a gentle golden light. Then she went to wake up the boys when she noticed that the guest room was empty.
"Seems like Goku's up already." Mikan realized, before heading over to Rito's room.
Once she reached his room door, she knocked twice. "Rito, it's time to wake up!" She called out. A few moments later, there was no response. Figuring he must've still be asleep, Mikan opened the door to find her brother snoring away.
"You forced my hand." She sighed, reaching behind her back to pull out an air horn. With that, she pushed the bottom on the top, which made the air horn to let out a loud sound; thereby causing Rito to jump several inches out of his bed and faceplant on the floor.
Seeing that her brother was now awake, Mikan shut off the air horn. "Rise and shine!" She chirped, as if she didn't just almost caused Rito a massive heart attack.
"What the heck, Mikan!?" Rito groaned, sitting up to rub his aching forehead from the fall.
"Next time, make sure you're up on time." Mikan said, already turning to walk out of the room. "Now get ready or you're gonna be late."
"Yeah, yeah bossy." The orange-haired teen mumbled to himself. "What about Goku? Is he still asleep?"
"No, I'm pretty sure he's already up doing his usual workout rountine." Mikan told him as she closed the door behind her.
"Oh, right..." Rito said with a slight shudder. He recalled a while back where he and Mikan once found Goku with his face in the dirt, completely oblivious to them as he did push-ups and sit-ups at a speed that even the most fit of athletes would have a hard time keeping pace with. And he didn't want to get started on the reactions on everyone else in school either.
