It was pretty peaceful for the residents of the Yuuki house. Thanks to the gravity chamber Lala built, Goku was able to catch up on his training that he missed due to classes. Though on the other hand, his body was still somewhat aching thanks to him turning up the gravity to 700 one time. Thank the heavens that they had grew several of senzu beans in the backyard for some time now, expecting a situation where he would overdo it during his training. Momo was beyond surprise when she found out the abilites the little beans possed.

Speaking of which, she and Nana made the most of their time on Earth for the past two weeks quite enjoyable. 

Noting their sister's affections with Goku. Momo deemed him worthy while Nana still insists on keeping a close eye on him. What really got Momo's interest was when she found out how the demi-saiyan helped with the plants. The way he nurtured the plants including Celine left a real impression on her. Lala then gave an explanation in how Momo can communicate with the plant life and Nana can communicate with animals. It was a pretty shocking thing to hear about as they demonstrated their abilities. Momo noted how happy all the plants in the garden were with Goku and were grateful for Rito's assistance in their care. Celine told Momo how happy she felt with them. We now enter their third week where Rito and Goku look concerned about Celine, who looked like she was withering as she gave a low pitch roar sound.

"Celine, what's wrong?" Rito asked as he touched them. Goku took the moment to sense her energy, to feel that it was delepting slowly.

"Her energy...It's dropping!" Goku called out with horro since he's never seen the plant look like this before. He was currently wearing his original gi attire in the process. (Story image) 

"Wait, are you saying that she's dying?" Rito asked in worry

"I don't know. Maybe we chould have Momo look at them." Goku suggested as he went inside to get Momo. A few minutes later everyone was outside waiting to hear Momo's diagnoses. "Are they gonna be okay?" He asked.

"It doesn't look good. I can barely hear her voice." Momo replied sadly.

"What's happening to her, Momo?" Rito asked.

"Judging by symptoms alone it appears they contracted a rare disease that is deadly to plants. It's called the Kare Kare disease. If a plant should be unfortunate enough to catch it then it in matter of five to seven days the plant..." Momo couldn't bring herself to finish that sentence since even to her this disease makes her sad knowing the eventual fate of any plant that gets this disease, but all the same everyone put together what happens next. Momo tightened her grip on her left arm recalling how she had to watch a few of her plants die before because of this disease. It's one of the reasons Lala made her a D-dial to store her plants so they wouldn't get infected as easily.

"No...Celine..." Rito looked like she was about to break. She was gift from Lala on his birthday, and now there was nothing he could do. This was breaking his heart in so many ways.
