"Princess you need to relax and clear your mind. You're thinking of way to much at one time. Just focus on what you want to do first."
After I agreed to Bolt helping me we walked in the sanctuary and to a part that was a preferred space by Bolton. It was actually a beautiful space that had a little pond with a willow tree hanging over one of the sides. I guess they come to this spot a lot since there is a little dock to jump off of.
"Before I clear my mind completely why is there a dock in the pong? Like do you go swimming or is it for something else?"
Bolton let out a long sigh. "Do you always ask random off topic questions?"
"Yeah but you didn't answer my question."
"I can control the temperature in here and anywhere else. So when most of us feel like swimming I turn up the temperature and yes that is where we go swimming and fishing."
My eyes widened. "There is fish in there!? How do you guys go swimming in there when there is fish? Don't they like... i don't know touch you when you're in there?" My head was swarming with questions.
"You just can't stop thinking can ya? The fish don't bother us. No they do not touch us they stay away from our feet and whole bodies. Carley makes sure of that. Her power isn't just shape shifting into an animal she can...lets just say call out to any animal she wants and she can communicate with them. It's a cool power she has."
I starred at him for a while then i finally excepted the fact that swimming in the pond was safe. I nodded my head to say i was ready to actually start my training.
"Alright Roxi what are you concentrating on?"
"Moving you." I cleared my mind and I pictured Thunder floating and moving an inch to the left. Once i put him back down he face was priceless. He looked shocked more than anything with his jaw dropped and eyebrows up.
"That was weird. I felt like you were hugging me and I didn't think you could lift me up."
I couldn't help but laugh at the sight of him. "So you think I'm weak?"
"I'm saying that i thought you were not capable of lifting something as heavy as me up. Not calling you weak just saying you are less developed?" He gave me a questioning look.
"So first off you're calling yourself fat and second off I'm more developed than you think." I gave him a hard look.
"So do you think you can fight me than?" He crossed his arms and had a smirk on his face.
"I'm thinking that I would whoop yo ass." I did the same stance as he had with crossed arms and a smirk.
"Have you ever seen my powers in action?"
I have never seen his power and to tell you the truth his powers kinda scare me from what I heard he can do. "Um...I...no. Breezy did tell me what you are capable of."
His smirk grew wider. "What did she tell you exactly?" He tilted his head.
"She just told me that you can create lighting bolts and you can strike people with them."
"Well that is somewhat true. The day that you first woke up hear all confused, do you remember what i told you what was my power?"
I was starting to get confused on where he was going with this. "Yeah you told you have the power of a Thunder storm. I mean they don't call you Bolton or Thunder for no reason."
He chuckled a little. " Well that's not all I can do. You see I was in the same facility as you. I just got out of there sooner than you did. I saw you the first day you came in. You were so young and so was I. My brain doesn't let me forget things, just like you." That's when i looked up at him. "You see Roxi whatever they put in that liquid they gave us it...disables our powers but at the same time it enhances them so they are even more powerful. For me the liquid gave me more the ability to control the temperature, have tornadoes, also control the wind. It basically makes your mind more powerful. For me it made the part of my brain that controls my power more powerful. If i can think of something that i can do with thunderstorms, then i can actually do it. The people just don't know that the liquid makes us more stronger." He lifted up his hand and made a baby tornado. It was so small and beautiful. I gave him a smile and we went back to training.
