In the matter before this honorable court, we present the CCTV footage that has been obtained from the hotel in question, where Mr. Hoseok and Mr. Yoongi were accommodated on Jeju Island. This specific visual evidence reveals a sequence of events: At 11 o'clock, Mr. Yoongi was observed entering Mr. Hoseok's room, and subsequently, at 8 o'clock, both individuals were seen leaving the room. At 8:10, the visual evidence further illustrates their joint check-out from the hotel.

This visual presentation unmistakably depicts Messrs. Jung Hoseok, and Jeon Yoongi in an amicable and friendly interaction. This observation aligns with the statements provided by the hotel reception and cabin crew, who affirm that these individuals maintain a genuinely close and cordial relationship.

Your Honor, the first witness, Mr. Chan, stands accused of providing false testimony against Mr. Jung Hoseok, driven by personal grievances directed towards Mr. Kim Taehyung, the managing director of Aicom Builders, a company where Mr. Jung Hoseok serves as the CEO and Mr. Jeon Yoongi as his assistant. It has come to light that Mr. Chan's testimony is riddled with fabrication and ulterior motives.

Moreover, a significant revelation has emerged as Mrs. Yeon, Mr. Chan's sister, has come forward with a confession that sheds light on her brother's intentions and sinister plans against Mr. Kim Taehyung. It has come to our attention that they even conspired to harm Mr. Yoongi. To substantiate this revelation, we are submitting a video recording of Mrs. Yeon's confession to the court for your consideration.

In light of these developments and the newfound evidence, we earnestly request this esteemed court to grant our client bail and to promptly dismiss the pending case. We humbly plead for your understanding and swift action in this matter. Your Honor, we are deeply grateful for your attention to this grave issue....  The advocate back to his seat after his arguments...

the prosecutor rises and addresses the presiding authority, stating, "My lord, the accused has openly confessed to mistreating Mr. Jeon Yoongi. While it may not have been a case of coercion, it remains an act of wrongdoing. The defendant, already engaged to another individual, deliberately deceived both Ms. Bin Ara and Mr. Jeon Yoongi simultaneously. Upon discovering that Jung Hoseok was unfaithful, Mr. Yoongi attempted to take his own life and currently resides in a hospital with severe injuries. It is my contention, my lord, that the accused is indeed culpable of these charges."

The judge directed his gaze toward Hoseok and inquired, "Mr. Hoseok, do you plead guilty?"

Hoseok glanced at Jungkook and Taehyung before responding, "No, sir. Yoongi himself came to my room, and we were engaged in a discussion about business that lasted through the night. He merely following  what his  brother taught him."

The prosecutor then pressed, "What about the incident of attempted suicide, Mr. Hoseok? It occurred in your presence, and the police have already documented certain marks on Yoongi's body."

At this point, the defense counsel raised an objection, "I object, my lord."

The judge concurred,  "Objection sustained."

This is not the first instance where Mr. Jeon Yoongi has attempted suicide. A decade ago, he attempted to end his own life by poisoning his food due to concerns about his ailing brother. I have already submitted the pertinent hospital and police records for that case. Additionally, as for the marks on Mr. Yoongi's body, he is an adult with numerous acquaintances. It is possible for him to have had contact with various individuals.

Jungkook lifted his head and softly uttered, "No, he's not that kind of person..."

Mr. Yoongi had a close relationship with Mr. Chan as well. I have provided the CCTV footage from the party hall as evidence, which clearly shows that Mr. Jeon Yoongi was interacting with a multitude of individuals. Given the wide range of people he was socializing with, it would be unjust to attribute the marks solely to Hoseok.
