Shit's fucked.
Shit's very fucked for Nova right now.

She was sitting on her bed now, with Cosmo and Wakatsuki both staring down at her, arms crossed.

"This feels fucking weird, like that one corn meme where all the big dudes surround the girl..."

She thought, refusing to make eye contact with either of them, a small scowl on her face, since she hated these types of confrontations. The types where she couldn't explain what she was feeling, or what happened, because she herself doesn't know.

Back out in the hallway, as soon as seeing the shoe in his shaking hand, she wanted to bolt out of there, but was warned not to do so, since Wakatsuki was ready for it, standing a few feet behind her.
Cosmo wasn't kidding, he was standing there, arms just crossed. The situation was explained to him, Cosmo sought him out specifically to help
him. At first, he could not believe what he was saying, furiously shaking his head in disbelief. A woman like her, so poised and seemingly such a precious person, wouldn't do that. He knows she was a strong woman, Cosmo told him all about her, but he just couldn't picture it.

Cosmo showed him the shoe, explaining that it was what she was wearing that night, and he couldn't see someone else using it unless they hurt her first, but she seemed fine the next day. There was no other explanation as to why the shoe was there, stabbed right into the guy's groin.
Wakatsuki really thought hard about it, and seeing how worried Cosmo actually seemed, he eventually agreed.
Honestly speaking, he himself had a few questions for her too.

"Are you sure you don't remember?" Cosmo asked for the tenth time by that point, uncertainty laced in his tone. Nova pinched the bridge of her nose, a frustrated sigh leaving her lips.

"Yes Cosmo, I'm sure. If I could remember it, I would have told you by now." Nova spoke, finally looking up into his green, worry filled eyes. He deflated noticeably, walking closer to her, kneeling down the ground in front of the edge of her bed, propping his arms up on it.

"Have you been okay lately?" He asked softly, looking up into her grey irises. She rolled her eyes, shaking her head.

"Am I ever okay?" She asked sarcastically. Cosmo just shook his head, a little frustrated. He wished she could take the situation more seriously. His eyes narrowed as they kept a strong staring contest.

"Don't look at me like that." She said, her left eye twitched, not liking that look.

His eyes lidded, a deadpan now sitting on his face, not believing her attitude.

"Don't look at me like that either.." She shook her head, pushing his face away softly. Cosmo audibly groaned, standing back up.

"You're so difficult sometimes!" He exclaimed, pulling at his hair.
