CELESTINE ACADEMY ─
An exclusive school that trains people ages 16-20 to become the elite dragon riders of the nation. Anyone of age can apply for first year, regardless of social standing or previous history. Any person skilled and determined enough to graduate shall be considered a paragon. Because of this, the school sometimes attracts people in bad situations who see this as a better option.
It must always be considered, before committing to the school, that there is always the possibility of dying. Dragon riding is an extremely dangerous profession and should be treated as such.
It is located on the cliffside of a mountain known as Talon Peak. Students each share their dorm with a roommate. The school accepts all genders but you aren't aloud to share a dorm with the opposite gender. The classrooms are in their own wing of the building and the subjects taught range from battle tactics to biology to history. You will have a group that you take your classes with.
Study time is every afternoon but there are jobs and classes you can choose to take during this time, such as uniform and saddle making, dragon washing, hatchling sitting and extra training. Every morning after students have gotten their dragon they will go to the dragon stables and get their mount ready for a training session everybody take. The session will consist of ground work for the first bit before moving on to flight practice.
