Chapter Eleven: Protect the Soccer Field

After the bomb threat, the team, consisting of Shiro, Keith, Hunk, and Lance worked tirelessly to build the soccer field, the excitement among the children began to grow as their original soccer field was destroyed by attacks by the Galra empire.

The project was progressing smoothly, and everyone was looking forward to seeing the smiles on the kids' faces when it was completed.

"Isn't this machine amazing, it's a bulldozer, a dump truck and pile driver all in one." Hunk said. "It can do the work of 50 men in 1 hour, better than the other machines could. It's the future of the construction industry."

"No wonder, it's just like you and your brute strength." One of the children said.

"Who is referred to as a brute?" Hunk said, derended.

"Oh come on, I respect you, Hunk." he said,

"You rascal." Hunk said with a knock on the kid's head.

Later on in the afternoon, the soccer field was almost complete and the team, Shiro, Keith, Hunk, and Lance were excited to finally be able to play on it as much as the children.

"You guys, this soccer field you wanted will be finished real soon!" Hunk said.

"Yeah! Once it's done, we can kick a ball around all we want." One of the children said.

"Until now, we couldn't even come outside thanks to the Galra attacks." another said.

The children were grateful for the team's help in rebuilding their community. They were eager to enjoy the new soccer field and all the other activities that would be available to them once the repairs were complete.

The team was also happy to be able to help the children. They knew that the soccer field would provide a much-needed sense of normalcy and joy for the community.

After that, the team took turns with a shower. They were all tired from a long day of work, but they were also happy and satisfied with what they had accomplished. They knew that they had made a difference in the lives of the children, and that was all that mattered.

"Good work out there!" Shiro said.

Just then, Romelle and Pidge arrived. They were both smiling and looked like they had just had a great time.

Romelle asked, "Hey guys, what's up?" before screaming at them for being naked.

"Romelle." Keith replied.

Embarrassed, Romelle said, "I'm sorry, we brought food for you.".

Keith replied, "Thanks.".

Pidge said, "Talk about modesty.".

"Don't worry, we didn't mean it" Lance said.

"And I recall knocking is considered rude." Hunk added.

"Oh, lovely, you and your quips! Don't be vulgar in front of Girls!" Pidge said.

"Never mind that, how about some food? I'm starting." Hunk said.

"I will not permit you to eat dinner naked." Pidge said.

"Yes, ma'am, if it's for dinner and all." Lance said.

"Why must men be such pigs?" Pidge said.

Then, after that, the team finally sat down with clothes on and ate dinner.

"I'm eating well tonight!" Hunk said.

"Don't overdo it, Hunk." Keith said.

"Hey, no worries!" Hunk said.
